    I walk my 2 Giant Schnauzers 8 miles a day ... Plus I lift weights.. And ride my Mt Bike up i the East SF Bay Area Hills.... Your Video makes me want to Walk/Run even more!!!!! Exercise is The best High!!!! : )

    I live in a cold climate and would rather bundle up and go for a walk out in the cold than use a treadmill...but that's me. I find treadmills difficult to endure, where walking outside, even in winter can be very pleasant if dressed properly.

      @@HorizonsHealth Canada has long winters...so either walk outside or get on a treadmill I guess.
