I especially like how in the extra lyrics you wrote, "here I come" changed to "nowhere to run", like saying there is no choice other than pointlessly charging forward, because there is nothing else anyone could do

Little did you know,Mistral actually looks upon the bay holding a knife on the Bladewolf DLC
I always wondered, was this pre or post cyberization? And which bay does she mean? Also when she became a killer, was she already a cyborg or did desperado make her one?
@@bling__brute6048 well that's one of the several doubts unsolved, even Kevin through the Codec tells Raiden "at some point she got cybernetic, don't know the reason though" or something like that.
We can only assume something like Sundowner or Monsoon happened to her (Sundowner: was caught by a bomb that destroyed most of his body, forcing him to relay on cyborg parts. Or Monsoon: almost dead during a shooting, also forced to rely on technology to be alive) so a possible theory would be that in one of her many wars fought she was heavily damaged.. that or she simply wanted to change her body into a cybernetic one, which would explain why Kevin mentions "her chest though.. that's not, well.. cyborg-implanted" which would mean her chest area is her original one.
@@bling__brute6048 to answer another of your questions, yes, Mistral was already a Cyborg when this happened, the DLC is set short time before the base game. And she describes a general bay, as in, "staring at nothing"

Mistral's whole deal was that she kept killing and fighting because she was good at it. She didn't deny it in the slightest. She also never gave any indication that she doubted her choices and beliefs either, even in death.
She's supposed to be the antithesis to Raiden in that regard. He denies his nature as a warrior despite his skill and his upbringing.
My favorite version of this song. The singer looks and sounds a lot like Mistral does, it's almost as if Mistral is singing her own song

Oh my god the most underrated MGR soundtrack! I'm sitting here 3 hours before the premiere I can't wait to start my work day with this! Fun fact : i found this completely by chance on YT music about 6 or 7 months ago, even more maybe, but frankly, i don't regret it. First, it enhanced the original boss music from the game. Second, you are very skilled as metal artists and i respect that.

Metal Gear Rising= best soundtrack. My vote's for either "Only thing I know for real" or "Collective Consciousness" for the next cover.
