@@Shl3b because when youre trans and havent realized yet, sometimes you THINK you like women because you can be her "boyfriend" but if youre dating a man before coming out youll always be the girlfriend
I can say from personal experience that it's a real thing. The trans label even being widely known is relatively new, so when I was growing up I didn't know it was a possibility. I saw more "manly" women on TV etc being referred to as lesbians, so for a while, I just figured that's what I must be. Also, for some trans people it can be a matter of connivence (used as a "cover" if you will) - As in, people don't look at it as weirdly if you act "butch" or dress more "masculine", if you've come out as a lesbian. Basically, there are some trans people who initially come out as gay/bi even tho they're not, just because it's a somewhat "easier" label to explain than trans. Luckily, that's starting to change in recent years, but it's still a process. Also, I know some trans guys who simply only realized their attraction to man after transitioning... Like someone said in the comments above, dating a man feels like it would result in you being seen as a "girlfriend", which is an issue for a lot of trans guys... So they often simply don't allow themselves to come out as gay until they're well out as trans and/or have physically transitioned. I know that in the case of this video, he really was actually straight, but I just wanted to let you and anyone else wondering know, that it is an actual thing that can happen.

obviously this situation in the video wasn’t true but for people saying that’s how they knew it was him-a lot of other trans guys go through similar and idk why it happens but it does
@@arii_0393 Yes. Same here, and thank you for clarifying it. The amount of comments here saying "WHY WOULD HE COME OUT AS A LESBIAN" gave me a headache, like- I can think of literally 10 different reason that a trans* guy might come out as a lesbian, and later realize (or be ready to admit) that he's actually attracted to men.
@@arii_0393 And BTW since you said you don't know why it happens, here are some of the reasons I think it could be: 1. Some people never hear about trans even being a possibility while growing up. Based on the stereotypes we see on TV etc, or the names we get called by others (who are assuming based on our looks/behaviour), we might also grow to assume that it's what we are. As in, you get called a lesbian often enough, and only see "butch" women who are lesbians, you might believe that's what you are, even if you're not actually (or not only) attracted to women. 2. Some trans* people find it an easier label to explain, or choose to use it as a "cover". As in, people around you tend to look at it less weirdly if you choose to act or dress more "masc" if you've already come out as a lesbian. So it could be used as a "stepping stone" until you're ready to come out as trans.
@@arii_0393 i know why its because they were straight female who like man but they wanted to be a dominant female but they couldnt act or be dominant or couldnt find a guy who submissive so they assume they lesbian but they arent then instead they go into insane lengths of transforming into a guy thinking they then can be dominant with females but their personality wont change anyway then regretting it but too late cause they already transformed so they go back to liking guys, most common thing i always hear about is someone wanting to turn trans then regretting it soon after, people should first think about what they truly want and search for the right person instead of quickly making surgery blindly cause once its done there is no turning back

very highly debatable. i identified as a lesbian for years until i recently realised i was a trans man, and then i realised i actually do like men. there is a difference between loving a man in a gay way and loving a man in a straight way, as you do not feel like society is forcing you to like men as a woman. realising i was bi as soon as i came out as trans made me realise that i no longer had to succumb to heteronormative expectations.
Transitioning can very much impact your sexual attractions, the main reasoning for this is because you are able to be more open with yourself, as well as how you feel attraction based on your gender identity. HRT can also possibly* have an effect on sexual attraction. Sexual attraction is also fluid, it can change for anyone, this seems to be a common misunderstanding on sexuality. (You can't choose how or what you feel, but how or what you feel can change on their own).
********* Spoilers ********** ********* ****** ** ** ** ** ** The trans person being straight makes sense. When I heard he started out as lesbian I knew he was the mole because transitioning doesn't change your preferences.
very highly debatable. i identified as a lesbian for years until i recently realised i was a trans man, and then i realised i actually do like men. there is a difference between loving a man in a gay way and loving a man in a straight way, as you do not feel like society is forcing you to like men as a woman. realising i was bi as soon as i came out as trans made me realise that i no longer had to succumb to heteronormative expectations.

(You can't choose how or what you feel, but how or what you feel can change on their own).
it very much can tho LOL
“7 gay men” …… “he or she”
They say that in every video
Those guys were so stereotypical they judged only based on that

The trans person being straight makes sense. Not because they came out too many times, but just like… they were confident that they liked women, then they were confident they were trans, and then they just were like, “JK I like men now.”
His confidence and pride in his real story (thinking he was a lesbian and then coming out as a trans man who likes women) hindered his ability to lie in this situation. Skip the lesbian part! He woulda gotten away with it for sure minus the whole, “we voted literally everybody out anyway” part.
GOD DAMNIT!! after watching the entire video and learning who the straight one is I went back to the start where they all say "I'm gay" I noticed the straight one shaking his head as he said it. Common body language clue that someone does not agree with what they're saying but I guess my body language knowledge is not activated unless I already know what I'm looking for.
6 minutes in and I'm pretty sure Marcus is straight, he literally said he liked girls! Man that was such a slip up on his part!!
i guessed it from the beginning with all of them saying "im gay", usually when people nod no while saying something, they don't mean what they're saying. so i said marcus and i fucking got it LMAOAO
