For ppl who actually think that clip was an issue: Anger is a strong emotion, someone's heart rate would increase far more than what it was if they were actually angry/experiencing a strong emotion. A good example of this is Yvonne who seems to often experience heightened emotions and as you could see those emotions doubled her heart rate.

I was able to do it as well when I had surgery I made my self some nerve wrecking thoughs and the doctor was like "Is everything alright?" and after 2 more minutes of not falling asleep they pumped me some more drugs.
