Also depends on the culture. In Asian culture, we don't address seniors with their first name. I don't know my wife of 4 years' parents' names and she didn't know my father's name either despite living together for 6. She would just call him Dad(after marriage) or Uncle
Yeah I don't think me or my partner have ever bothered to share our parents' names. For me it feels weird addressing my parents by their first name so even saying it feels off lol.

He’s spent an entire summer with me at my parents house and my dad is teaching him his trade and he still doesn’t know my parents names. Honestly I don’t think he ever will. I know his parents names but I don’t call them by their names either. I pretty much just say mom and dad to his parents and he says co and chu which kinda means uncle and auntie to my parents. In my culture we pretty much call everyone by uncle and auntie, you rarely ever learn anyone’s name. Even your own real uncles and aunts, we just count them (they are differentiated based on the order they were born).
