Legit. I hear so many people say I don't know how to explain it or just say weird obscure random thing like " the rainbow of life connected me to the veins of the earth while I did a backflip off a dolphin". yet here a freaking comedian that can actually articulate it into something somewhat coherent.

It made me realize I was depressed for years prior, I had no clue. I was in a funk I didn’t know about. Laughing all day and crying in a happy way is what psychedelics are all about. Healing.

That’s amazing! So happy to hear stories like that. Mushrooms essentially are dmt believe it or not, Psilocybin ( what makes you trip ) found in mushrooms is nearly identical to DMT. It only has one added molecule to it, a hydorxy molecule. DMT and Psilocybin structurally are nearly identical to each other as well. They essentially mimic serotonin but in a specified intense way in specifi regions of the brain with serotonin receptors. Specifically 5h2a receptors.

mushrooms don't make me go back and look at anything (i had a really great childhood, the intro scene was the song 'it's a wild, wild, life'--and that wasn't a false advertisement, unlike my adulthood) my adulthood has been what others childhoods have been, i was abused (the kind of rare formation of female->male) in my adulthood (heroin was the hook mechanism) and my life is still not good, 13 years later. actually it just kind keeps getting worse. but mushrooms bring me into the present moment and make me have a good time, and kind of make it all not matter that much. i tried doing them lately and they just made me feel confused, i think i'm almost too depressed for them.

Waiting for your mother. That makes a lot of sense.
I was on acid when I realized my bed was a substitute for my mother's womb and I liked to escape there. It explained why I'd isolate myself in a room when I desired a dark cave, which symbolizes the womb of mother earth to me. And I felt abandoned by both mother planet and my birth mother. And then I gradually also realized the reason I get stuck in bed is because I'm also waiting for my mother to come get me out of bed. Or somebody to come tell me the day has begun. My mother left me in the crib a lot.
It took a lot of time but I've been getting better about telling myself to get up and start the day.

I'm now in similar situation and I won't lie...I am a big man, I take care if myself and so my best to helo evey person I can, but I am scared shitless when I am alone and sober.... Just cant handle my thoughts... Sometimes I think I will have no energy or desire for anything, but quit... But in these very moments I feel like there comes something else over me... something very positive and so powerful, that you don't have other option, but just to go down on your knees and thank that power for manifesting itself and thanking about the fact, that you exist...small ., short piece of total bliss ans and humility.

Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.
He's constantly talking about killing someone.

I was with my Mom 4 years ago when she passed from COPD empyazema, I saw her soul leave for heaven, a few days ago it was so cloudy an gloomy outside, but I couldn't open eyes it was so bright it seemed but for a brief moment I could see her smiling at me from heaven. I moved out on my own at 15 years old in 95,cause she was broken and couldn't mother while she healed, I had so much anger and resentment for the way I was raised, but seeing her safe an happy with God feels so good. She did the best she could with what she had.

I came for the dmt aya. Talk. But damn. Im Going through this mom stuff within myself. Realizing we've been so detached my whole life. And how I've been detached from myself. It's difficult to feel like I need this with my mom but she's not capable right now. Ugh it's so effing hard. Feeling like I need to figure out parenting myself. But you helped me piece my own difficulty with relationships and commitments, together with my trauma. Hell yeah. It's hard and weird to process. I've never done aya. I'm going to someday. I've been doing breathwork and that'd been very helpful and opening.

Damn, that's some heavy stuff . I wish I could vocalize half of the of the things that plague my mind and soul from my childhood. I'm impressed by your ability to do this. I would be a mess before I got the first sentence out. Now I have my own little man (11yrs old) and the though of a child who's heart gets broken in that sort of manner is tragic and makes me so sad
A child has no idea how to deal with that kinda thing or any idea how it will effect them in the future. Further more they have no clue how to verbalize and work through how they feel so nearly 100% of them just swallow there damaged heart and try to deal with it on their own in their own head. It breaks my heart thinking about it and I vowed to myself that I will never break a promise or let my son down because I experienced so much of it when I was young.
You are quite a man Theo, thank you!

I've watched so many documentaries & listened to hundreds of people talk about this stuff but never heard anyone explain the experience so deeply I could literally see what he was saying in my head. Honestly man, you should be the spokesperson for it because it was perfect & now I'm dying to try it more than ever but I just have no access to it & that is really hard for me because I know the help I need is out there but I can't reach it which makes me even more depressed. It's painful because I've heard nothing but incredible things about psychedelics & ive done everything you can think of my whole life to get help & nothing has worked & I believe this is my last resort & it will be the one thing that can really help me I just desperately need to find someone that can help me access it so I can finally find some kind happiness because I'm all out.

Thank you for mentioning the Goddess! Also cudos for getting the courage to lean into Aya, allowing her to show you the parts of ourselves that we push into thr background to try to not face....but it's all there having an effect on us. Working on ourselves, healing and connecting to our authentic selves is the most important mission we have on this planet! We're healing generational trauma and stopping the cycle by addressing and compassionately working through our issues.
