I grew up always wanting to live in LA to pursue my dancing/choreography career. Would be many days I would sing inspiring songs just crying my heart out wishing I lived in LA. Now going on 3 years I live in LA, by the grace of God and lots of help from friends & family! I definitely believe in manifestation but I also believe that people forget about the work. Some folks think manifestation alone is gonna get the job done, nope. You also have to put in the work for things to fall into place. I will say, I manifested getting my braces, my relationship and moving out. I remember distinctly saying as a teen I would move out by the time I was 20/21 and moved out I did. It didn't come in the way I thought it would but it happened. Also I always said I would get braces in the future because we didn't have the money qhen I was younger and here I am, going to get my braces today! Believe it, work for it and it will come through!
My dream came true last night. I graduated from nursing school. 🙂 Level 2 is coming-BSN!!!

Everyone was ON POINT! Manifestation is aligning your emotions, thoughts, words, and deeds to what you want with the RIGHT intention while doing YOUR part. My second book is partially about manifestation. We are connected to source/God meaning we are only limited because of our physical being. The real sweet spot it manifesting once you have identified your purpose in life! “Chase your purpose and everything will follow, chase everything and life will bring you sorrow!” I went from having a breakdown due to deep trauma to being a 3x author, career moving in the right direction, and so much more!

Manifestation must be some new age stuff. We only hear successful people talk about this. There are tons of people who are struggling who sleep every night 'manifesting' all kinds of good things but they never come. This, to me, is like when people say have faith and when it does not happen they blame you for not having enough faith or not manifesting properly what you want.

When it comes to FAITH, listen to Joseph Prince about how we shouldn't depend on OUR faith, but JESUS' Faith. If you are in CHRIST, we have access to HIS Fauth. Ask HIM to believe for you. I have asked JESUS to pray for me and HE made it happen. Not about being perfect, HE IS perfect for us. And learn about GODS UNCONDITIONAL love for us. When you KNOW you are LOVED like that, GOD will bless you with stuff you didn't even ask for. Any witnesses?

Manifestation is definitely real… especially when there’s stuff that you truly feel is within ur realm of what feeds ur soul and matches the lense of what u feel ur natural purpose is ! Which is why I’m glad that we have this show ! I never would’ve thought in a million years… I would’ve had the chance as a young man of color being able to Interact with one of daytime tv’s best set of women in my life until it happened last October ! To be in a time where diversity is needed , inclusion is necessary and people telling their stories to give positivity and encouragement and maybe healing to others in a time such as this ! Im forever grateful to have been on a show where I get have my voice heard not only here in this comments but in other ways in my real life and through projects that are coming to fruition very soon ! I started watching the real during a time in my life that I needed to wake up and the show helped me do that. I kept telling myself I wanted to meet the ladies to tell them thank you. I have always dreamed of being a "popstar" as a child. I wanted to be on tv, in music videos, and on stage, but always treated that dream as child's play. Here I am now, living in Los Angeles, with a 5 year drag career and an acting credit under my belt, performed in a few different states, been in 2 music videos, and made a guest appearance at VoodooFest (where I met Lizzo 🤩). Im on my way!

Manifestation is something I definitely believe in as well. This is my first time actually saying it out loud because I’m always thinking it, but sometimes I have a hard time when it comes to manifesting because basically what the comments are saying, it’s about your thoughts emotions imagining etc and I have a hard time believing that what I am manifesting, I don’t fully deserve it & then it’s like how can I manifest this certain lifestyle if I can’t even believe I deserve it. Like the overthinking, negative thoughts creep up and it’s just a mix of emotions but I always believe in manifesting praying etc. i just really want to be in a good headspace - overall to feel that I am sincerely manifesting what I want. picturing it mentally, as it’s already mines
I knew I wanted to get a masters degree but my circumstances then did not show promise of this. I eventually got it and proved a lot of people wrong, including my father. I wanted to break the generational curse of my parents and their marriage (very abusive, they lacked coping and emotional maturity skills). Also, it seemed like my mom was more into my dad and he chose her because it had more promise of a better life (she was educated and was moving to the US). I now think subconsciously, I chose someone who I was on the same level with (not someone using the other person for their circumstance), and most importantly, also have a friendship with. Once I cleared up that “trauma” of my parents, it’s when he came into my life.
Feel what you want and it will be reality

Manifestation never sat right with me. I believe God can place us in situations and it’s his will not ours. I think manifestation takes God out of it. Of course there is power in the tongue. But we cannot speak things into existence. We don’t have that power. That’s Gods power and his alone. It’s a form of manipulation from the devil making us think we choose our own will instead of God.. And making us believe we play God. It can be dangerous.

That’s not necessarily true. I mean I’m a believer too but even in the Bible too it says ask and the door shall be open to you seek and you will find knock and the door will be open to you! Lmaooo ultimately it’s his choice at the end whether he wants to do it or not. But why do you think GOD answers prayers and drops down blessings because we speak things into existence and we ask for it. Like I mean what would be the whole point of having faith praying and asking for stuff if we can’t even manifest and hoping for stuff yet. Lmaoo like remember when we are manifesting these things it hasn’t happened yet. So were just hoping and praying he hears us in the end. Even the church talks about manifestation too a lot for what you want also known as a divine connection tbh. I bet even people in the nine did too in order to get what they want. One thing that needs to be talked about in the conversation of manifestation is privilege. Parks could “manifest” a life like that most likely because never had to help parents out with bills, live in the hood, sometimes not know where her next meal was coming from. Always keep in mind if your “manifestations” are just a result of your privilege and connections.
It’s moreso about faith and believing along with declaring what you want not what you have. Someone in the hood may have a different/harder journey but keep believing and doing the work. Don’t let negative self talk stop you/them. I think it’s more essential that someone from the hood makes it so they can be an inspiration to others in the hood and show they can make it. We don’t get to choose the cards we are dealt in life but self pity isn’t going to motivate you to keep going if you already defeated.
@@MsBdoll87 I’m not saying someone from a rougher life can’t create better for themselves, Loni is proof of that actually and Jeannie, but when someone like Kathy or other privilege ppl talk about manifestation as if it’s that easy and was solely because of their will, yeahhhh no. 80% of that was “manifested” because of a privileged life they were born into. They don’t have to work anywhere near as hard as others

@@jal45100 I am an UNASHAMED CHRISTian and manifesting is Proverbs 18:21. Now, who is the person depending on the manifesting to happen? If I speak Scripture over me like Psalm 91, it happens. But if someone speaks death over someone who isn't protected by the Blood of JESUS or isn't saved, that death can come. I speak and JESUS CHRIST manifests for me.
