Great tool, but hose need to be more durable, i had mine for about 1 months and it started to crack in different places 😢 we need a stronger & durable hose 🙏🏼🙏🏼

What I feel would make it better is if instead of having to turn the dial all the way down to shut flow off, why not just have it be a press button for shutoff and twist for different flow rate? So I can quickly shut off water and resume to the exact same pressure I was using before.cause with these glided tools you make sometimes you don't reallllly know it's clean until you ran some dry sweeps to really see if it's still dirty those final few beads that come out
Give mytee a call they will replace the hose. They say they had some issues with the manufacturer that's why the hose cracks, but they claim the new hose is much more solid now.
Not 100% True Rob! Im also a big fan of mytee but this one have issues. Major 2 problems faced by most of the user of this tool are - the black hose is not durable at all. If you are not careful this cracks. - the sight glass gets shattered/breaks after few days of usage. I bought this with a very high hope but didnt meet the expectation at all 😔.
Mytee fixed the 2 problems Plastic housing is now metal housing and the metal glide is now plastic 👍👍👍👍 The mytee is a much better tool to use than the sapphire. The sapphire is much longer and puts much more strain on your wrist/more leverage. The mytee has a shorter snout, more manoeuvrable, and had less leverage on your wrist. The flow control valve on the body of the tool is so much better than the sapphire Have a plastic/cracked housing/sharp metal glide MYTEEdry And a sapphire tool. I’m a strong guy and the sapphire kills my wrists and forearms on a big upholstery day The mytee kicks it’s ass(if the glide wasn’t sharp metal and the housing didn’t warp and crack, and now that’s fixed
Ours has never seemed to work right. Water flows more strongly out of one side than the other...so it leaves tiger striping all over the upholstery that we are cleaning unless we go over it multiple time in different directions. I was hopeful this tool would work as well as advertised but, it's just not. Tried taking it apart and cleaning everything...no effect on water flow...

I'm glad they improved that tool. I really liked the design, but the plastic just didn't seen like it would last. Great job Mytee!

It is good that the tool is metal, but the quality of hoses is very cheap and thin. Sapphire is the best tool for me so far.

Been using the old style and the plastic housing that the screws anchor in to broke om the tool. At some point Iay upgrade.
