I think everyone reuses gift bags! In fact, we don't even write names on the bags or attached tags, that way we can regift them over and over!

We do the same thing so they’re reusable
I have been known to write the name on the tissue paper! then it can be ripped off and reused! lol
i orient the card vertically, put the person's name on the part of the envelope that peaks out and use a tiny pice of washi or masking tape to affix on the inside of the bag (facing front)
I have been reusing gift bags for 30 years. My daughters do it now. It’s so convenient. I do give the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day back to them since I lost both of mine. I received the best Mother’s Day from my son and daughter Inlaw. They gave me Harry Potter fabric and we decided to use to make a baby blanket for our newborn who arrives in December.
Seeing your organization gives me hope. I have to organize my craft supplies because I spend more time looking for things than actually crafting.

I love what you did to your garage. This is the only video that I've watched that has motivated me to clean my cluttered garage. I have the good intention to clean and Declutter it but as soon as I enter the garage I just turn around within less than a second. My subconscious doesn't like to go in there. She is constantly organizing and doing things around the house like this and she has a separate building where she sews which used to be the school house. I had all my rags I’d collected since I started living with my husband in a bucket. He threw them out. I have a laundry bin for dirty rags too. Those rags he didn’t throw out! Still have those! Yeah!

I love making things with my hands. My husband just wants me to do housework. So I do crafts at my mom and dad’s in Iowa.
Kelly thank you so much for sharing the organization of your craft area in the garage and of the whole garage. I also loved the craft room. I took a whole week of vacation time next week so I will not embarrass ourselves during the home inspection that our rental's property management will take pictures of every room soon in September. It is a terribly stressful time of the year for us every year. We are a 4 generation household and have way more STUFF in this house than is reasonable. A portion of My crafts are crammed into my bedroom because in the central valley in California I can't keep it in this home's uninsulated garage because of the heat in summer and cold of winter. I need to declutter but I am up the river DE-NILE currently thinking that I want a chance to play with everything before I have to decide what can go. Thanks for your inspiration!!!

To hold paper towels I put them on the small flag holders great for outdoor picnic etc. Also 1 is hanging in my garage 😄

Kelly, you have not only encouraged and inspired me, but also given us all such a great example that I think I can follow your lead and actually get a nice working craft room. Then, I won't be buying what I already have because I can't remember where I put something. Then, I can craft quicker, cuz everything will be at an easy reach, instead of looking for where I put things. Then it will be fun to craft, instead of a chore.

I'm OCD as well with some things a little but I think it's good to be OCD somewhat because you feel more relaxed when everything is the way you want it! I love your organization- it’s so satisfying isn’t it?!!! It looks great! I know I am always more ready to create when my studio is clean & organized.
Organizational Tip:
For your 12x12 Scrapbook Paper Pads. Use a Sharpie to write the name of the Collection, Brand and type of paper (Scrapbook or Cardstock, Glitter etc.) Zon the spine. Then stack or stand, spine facing outward, them in alphabetical order to quickly and easily find what you are looking for.

I am so in envy of your home. I wish I could do this. Mine is organized and labelled but not so pretty. I'm a quilter as well and have thousands of yards of fabric. I've been a crafter since I was 7 years old.

Wow that is amazing! Just wish I had a garage. Hubby does but it is unorganized & full of his stuff. Which I am greatfull for. Because he is a master of fixing & mechanical guro. So I can't complain. We only own old things & he can fix all if them.

WOW you are my kind of girl!!! I was at Dollar Tree today and I was in the pet section and they had boxes that only had 2-4 bags of dog treats in a box. So....l put them in one box according to the treat. I emptied 8 boxes. Then I went to Dollar General and was looking for wood letters.
That was a mess. I alphabetized them all. I catch myself front facing foods on the shelves at Walmart. You did an awesome job. I now have a new hero...YOU! 🤩

I don’t comment a lot but have been watching you for a very long time and you have persevered through so much in your personal life on top of professional.
