Excellent high level doubles content. Love the interaction between the players, it helps us lower level guys learn how to play better doubles.

Amazing energy guys, great first set with all kinds of good shots. Congrats to both teams!
Many hats off to my boy James for this amazing edit. Usually commentators are a big part of the RT match experience, but James has done an impressive job filling the gap of the upstairs staff missing!
    Cheers!

Thanks for your support, Mundi! Editing credit goes to Jules - I'm generally just the guy running around filming these and she has been the editor. Will pass along your compliments

@@REALTENNIS Ah K. I think I heard Ian say that you were taking care of everything in the backgrounds but I guess I misunderstood the whole thing. Still you deserve big credit, as does Jules.
      Cheers!

Great playing fellas, Mark I think you played good, I totally understand that being a baseline player and then having to adjust to coming into the net, can be awkward at first, but in my opinion when you start using touch and get a good feel for the ball, I think you will be a phenomenal doubles player. Thank you for posting this match my dude. Happy Easter! And may GOD bless you in everything that you do my friend.

@@alexsweeta that’s great, touch is important and he was playing guys who play a lot of doubles. Thanks for the info. Happy Easter my friend.

You guys need to watch Ian’s video where he talks about taking over the middle. So much standing way in the alley, you’d think it was a 3.5 match based on some of the positioning (everything else was quality)

Mark that is hindrance, shouting (even if it’s to your teammate) just before the opponent hits the ball 🙈🙉.
I guess it was for the show and a friendly environment, but in a tournament people will give out about that.
Anyway, enjoyable content 💪 🎾, keep it up.

Sorry to see you go. This series was thrown into Chaos when Scott called in sick and a commentator cancelled last minute - without Jon graciously stepping in at the last minute it wouldn't have been possible at all. We made the best of it, sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the end result

Communication is pretty important in high level doubles. Kind of a crazy thing to be annoyed about.

This level of communication is necessary in doubles and as a doubles player it is very informative to listen to the things they talk about. I get it that it is a lot of talking, though, which isn't your thing.
