Eure Business Class hat so viel Atmosphäre wie eine Zahnarztpraxis. Da fliege ich lieber Swiss oder Singapore. First class dagegen ist super, so eine ähnliche Materialien und Farben Kombination währe für Business class auch angebracht.

Truly yours except when some tries to contact you on the hotline (phone or via chat), then... no one is there, the connection is after some music just hung up. And your chat of course it freezes during the waiting time, like at about 100 positions remaining. That is what I call an experience.

But the truth is: The first plane with the Allegris concept will be delivered in 2024. So when the majority of people can enjoy Allegris it will be 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028...?
Are you sure? I read that the new a350 and 787, which LH will receive this June, have the new interior.

A decent airline would have started retrofitting their planes by now. They announced Allegris 5 months ago yet not a single plan has it
Die Preise in der Business Klasse sind bei LH einfach zu hoch und nicht wirklich zu begründen. Ich fliege meistens mit BA in die USA und zahle selten mehr als 2K pro Person. Schade!

Seems like many people don't know what Germany is like. I am half German and know that country very well, and Lufthansa represents quite well the "Zeitgeist" of Germany. Especially when it comes to delayed innovation and modernization. In Germany, many things haven't been digitalized or modernized yet, e. g. the authorities they still use fax machines and Lufthansa 2-2-2 configuration in Business. I live in Montreal and the difference between Canada and Germany is incredible. On the other hand, Germany is a beautiful, friendly and open country, but it's definitely a country you have to get used to. But when they finally modernize something, for example when Lufthansa refurbishes its planes or the health care system (that is mandatory for every resident!) offers new therapy methods it's often of excellent quality. But that's also due to the fact that they write deliberation with a capital D. Everything must be carefully deliberated on and that takes time. That's Germany. But Lufthansa's new product is clearly 5 star material. Gut gemacht, weiter so, Lufthansa!

But what I care for most is a safe trip… and after all an airplane is still a means of transport. A bit of comfort - yes, please… but why does it have to be more, more, more all the time? When did people forget how to think modestly?
For me, personally, LH is number one; but I don‘t need bigger and better all the time.

Well you might be in the minority, you get safety with every western airline, but regarding comfort Lufthansa was a joke for a long time. Let's hope they implement these new seats quickly!

Apparently you suffer from not being able to walk and chew gum safely. Some of us enjoy the luxury travel experience as we don't like being jammed next to some obese "plus size" person for a trans oceanic flight or the feeling of being at the feed lot for meals. I had the pleasure of Air France La Premiere class, spectacular service and food.

The 747 would indeed be the best which this classes (specifically the new first class). And I said it would be since the a380 would not be retrofit :(. Since it's come is only a partial time.

Hallo, zur B 747-8 liegen noch keine Daten und Informationen vor. Unser "Lufthansa Allegris" Konzept wird ab diesem Jahr auf der Boeing 787-9 eingeführt. der Airbus A350-900 folgt in 2024. /Nina

Meine Erfahrungen mit LH: Kalt, steril und kaum Service. An der Hotline immer nur abgewimmelt werden und ewig lang auf eine Erstattung warten! Andere Airlines punkten mehr!
mittlerweile können die da auch kein deutsch mehr, es ist eine richtig schlechte airlaine geworden, billig airlaine mit premium preisen. aber hauptsache PC und Gendergestammel stimmt, ach ja und das geld sofort einziehen - alles andere ist der LH auch nicht wichtig..... mehr schein als sein.

@@Janique2100 Sehr viel Zeit über Wochen in Mails sowie Anrufen investiert. Man versteht die Antwort kaum und merkt auch, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter selber das Anliegen nicht richtig verstehen. Immer nur schnell abwimmeln. Hat Wochen gedauert bis jemand mein Anliegen verstanden hat und zeitnahe gehandelt hat. Aber das nach Monaten. Sodass eine doppelte Abbuchung dann endlich erstattet wurde. Absolut unseriös für das angebliche Aushängeschild unserer Luftfahrt.

took long enough..
I've been waiting for mine since last Friday. I can spot my luggage using the Apple Airtag in terminal 1 in Munich and I have forwarded all information, but till now, nothing from Lufthansa. I really do not understand the delay. Sorry Lufthansa, but this is not acceptable nor professional at all!

Prevented from boarding the LUFTHANSA flight from Berlin to Frankfurt, on 10 Jul 2023 at 6:45pm, my family suffered neglect and humiliation at Berlin Airport, on the grounds that LUFTHANSA attendants were unable to issue the boarding pass with the code reservation provided by the partner LATAM.
Star Alliance, which partnership is this between LATAM and LUFTHANSA?
One company accuses the other of being the cause of the problem and the customer's rights are not respected. Five passengers did not have their boarding passes issued and missed their flight, this past July 10th, all because the reservation code did not open in the LUFTHANSA system. What do I have with systems error from these giant companies?
Put an end to this Alliance, as it is already proven by the daily repetition of this problem that this partnership did not work.
On the next 07 August 2023, I have a reservation for this same flight Berlin x Frankfurt, 18:45h, I hope that they resolve this incompatibility of their systems that do not communicate.
LUFTHANSA and LATAM I am a customer of both, I just want my boarding pass issued, without one company blaming the other for the system error, putting me in trouble when boarding.
