Wranglestar have you ever considered doing any collabs (such as motorcycle trips like these) with nutnfancy? Gosh that would be a cool video to watch you both go back and forth
With al respect take that gasoline off your front fender and attach it the to rear don’t need to have a head on impact with a tree and sadly rip that bag open loosing all your spare gas ⛽️ makes sense to put it on your rear and keep your steering light
You were smart to train prior to your trip. The style of trail riding is more physically demanding than the average person would think. Enjoyed this episode... Thank you!
The bike set up is awesome. The terrain looks fantastic. I also agree with you on how enjoyable it is to get on a dirt bike in difficult terrain and have to be solely focused on the ride.
I don't ride moto bikes (cycle bikes yes) but enjoy these videos still. It's always enjoyable to watch someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about a subject. I think you said something similar many years ago about MKBHD - that you aren't super into his technology niche but his videos are so good and he's so passionate that it's worth watching.
I've never riden a dirt bike or motorcycle but this makes me want to buy one and get out there and enjoy life more. Thanks for sparking an interest in dirt bikes.
Tubliss system uses one for the small high pressure tube that holds the bead in place and the second one puts air in the tire. Probably easier to go to their website.
I have my 2011 KTM 300 XCW suspension set up to what I call " supple" for trails only , I love it. I need a recommendation on good enduro riding gear , my current jacket the sleeves unzip which I like but not enough pockets .
How do you know if you need to rewind the stator? My bike keeps blowing 10 amp fuses for lights. I have a baja light and have not been successful in getting it to run.
Those are really only good for short rides. The problem is they're purpose built for racing not necessarily for clear vision but enough to vision to stay on track. You tear it off and within minutes it's dirty again. On casual rides it's easier to just stop and wipe down the outside.
Have you ever heard of GMRS? I'd highly recommend! You register with the FCC, no tests, pay em $35 and you and your family can transmit for miles. Affordable radio's too!
52 year old ex motocross rider 10 years ago I broke 10 ribs, popped my liver like a grape, and collapsed my lung....2 weeks 3 days in hospital... Still riding, cuz its awesome Have fun
Perhaps I’m wrong, but I believe your reasoning behind the solid brake disc overheating less is incorrect. The slotted discs should allow for better heat dispersion and cooling. The solid disc, while it increases stopping power should overheat more easily because of reduced cooling. It’s the same concept for car disk brakes. Not sure on this one, but I would also think that the slotted discs would allow for better clean out for mud as opposed to solid disks.
Nice bike and I like what you did with the gearing at 2:39 as that low first gear helps us older riders out of rough terrain LOL ! 😁 Great ride guys and thanks for taking us all along 👍
Wow! You’ve come a long way in 4 years! Idaho dirtbiker here. I ride Beta 300 xtrainer. I love the dirt bike vids you are doing! Great upgrades bro! Keep them coming! I love the Patagonia work pants you recommended too!!👍
That is called being in the now. Monks spend years mastering it. We just need to ride, surf, play, pray, love. These activities and more guide us into the now. It is a gift, that's why it's called the present. I sometimes ponder that losing the ability to always be in the now was part of the fall of humans. A self couscous focus on the past and future with an unhealthy drive. But we all need a break from daily responsibilities. A bike of any sort, any power train, gas, electric, or pedal is my 1st choice. Skateboard takes 2nd place. Anything outside in nature. Take off the shoes to get earth grounded . Walk barefoot on grass. Stand, swim, or frolic in a creek, pond, lake, the ocean . Just get outside, explore nature, the real experience God Created for all life. Become Love. It's contagious.
Your bike looks nicely setup. Not my favorite but IMS makes a 3.1 gallon tank for it. I put a billit aluminum shark fin on to protect my front brake rotor. I use my front brake 99% of the time on steep downhills. Cheers!
Hey Cody! I really appreciate that you upload these types of videos! I've ridden road bikes for years, but am just now getting into off-road riding, and it's been such a time and money saver for me to be able to look at your bike's mods. It's a great weight off of my shoulders to know that these have been tested and vetted, and are not a gimmick or waste of money. We ride in very similar terrain, and your videos are really helpful for a beginner enduro rider. Thank you.
I have stopped using my iphone after damaging the camera multiple times due to vibrations caused by the bike (I have the same bike)... How does the quad lock hold up to that? I have seen quad locks on the market but always used a solid mount (which I am assuming has played a role in the issue)
That’s a lot of extra weight on that front plastic… I would never trust that… interested to find out how it hold up. I’ve never had luck mounting heavy things to the fenders… but who knows?
Hey. Love the video. Just wanted to ask if you could make a video on cleaning your bike. You said it was a 6 year old bike, and it looks like you bought it yesterday. I was just wondering what a cleaning after a trip like that would look like from your perspective. Thanks.
Welcome Brothers
Hello! Was about to go sleep then I saw this haha
Good morning
Wranglestar have you ever considered doing any collabs (such as motorcycle trips like these) with nutnfancy? Gosh that would be a cool video to watch you both go back and forth
I happy you decided to upload this video…
This is the slice o’ life stuff I come to RUclips for.

I'm totally jealous that you have such awesome trails available in your backyard. I'm living vicariously through you man
@@goysb4jays566 set for life because he worked to put himself there.
I wish you’d do way more of this stuff man. I’m an avid motorcyclist I love the footage.
Please upload more of this type of content! As a Pacific Northwest mountain biker I loved seeing the dirt biking on Mount Fuji.
4:06 Brilliant! Mine broke off. I need to do this right away.
Thank you so much!
Why are there 2 valves on the front tire?
I’m 54 and my bike is my gym, it’s also my alone time with my lord and savor!
Amen brother in Christ.
Would you do a video with what's inside your kit in the air box of the bike please?
Y'all should get a 701 and hit the ORBDR.
I may have missed it, but what is your EDC when you ride and what is your standard EDC for your truck?
I have a video up on this check last month,
@@wranglerstar Oops, my apologies Sir. Great vid today BTW.
Why is there no rear brake pedal/lever??
0:32 was that the invisa-watch you were looking at? I have one too.

Is Mount Fuji a nick name for another mountain in PNW?
Not a nickname. Its just South of Waldo Lake.
6:37 What kind of watch is that? :)
That ride!!
As a prairie rider, so envious!
If your hiring helpers!

Check out Nutnfancy. He has done motorcycle videos.
Just a question, did you move the back brake to the handle bars and if so what is the purpose of that?
You're right, you shouldn't have uploaded this video.
I've never riden a dirt bike or motorcycle but this makes me want to buy one and get out there and enjoy life more. Thanks for sparking an interest in dirt bikes.
Why are there 2 valve stems in the rear wheel?
Tubliss system uses one for the small high pressure tube that holds the bead in place and the second one puts air in the tire. Probably easier to go to their website.
Quad lock phone case and mounts are simply fantastic.
They have a load of mounting options for different applications.

We got a sneak peak at a TADCON wife breakfast, it looked great😊.

I have a drz 400… your great example of a man.
Throw some tear-offs on those lenses. Its nice to rip it off mid ride and have clear vision.

Treat the lens with "Dust off" plus you're not littering the forest....

Thanks for the bike vid ! Loved it , more please
Wow beautiful views up there! I'm very jealous.
Might be time to put dual alternators on that bike!
Where’s the rear break lever ?
Where is your brake pedal Cody? I noticed you mention the rear disc is easier on your hand... what have I missed?
Really enjoying the dirt bike vids ! Thanks for sharing !
What state are you in buddy?
Pretty Sure he's in Oregon

That is one Knobby tire holy cow!
Do you plan to update the bike anytime soon?
“Ride every day”… where do you find the time? What’s “a day in the life” of Wranglerstar like? Even an hour ride must have an hour prep and post.
Hey everyone! Much love from north West Oregon!
No rear foot brake lever?
Glad you uploaded, no mt fugi in Ohio, but lots of hard enduro riding here, even more in WV and KY. Stay on the mobile gym.
Riding is like a form of meditation. You have to focus on the present.
Looks carbureted and not electronic fuel injection?
Electron carb
What happened at Grizzly Flats?
Does anyone have a source for the reinforced tall milk crate stand? Everywhere I look it seams like a discontinued item.
Yeh In my shed 😂
great vid!!!! lov the moto content!
Beautiful view. Man does this make me miss riding Enduro.
You shouldn't have uploaded it
Definitely post videos like this!!! No question about it
Channel has changed too much for my taste, so long. Unsubscribed.
You ever catch a glimpse of the Wood Devils ? (Sasquatch)
I love my rigid lights. They're insane.
That looks like so much fun, and how lucky are we in the PNW to have multi use areas like this?!

Nice....good luck out there!
He didn't have his watch on!!!! FRAUD!!! ;-)

I ride the same area almost every year. My favorite place!

how do the 2 compare in regard to being a workout? (what works out what part of the body and whats more a workout per hour)

For a bike 6 years old, and riding what you ride, the bike looks amazing! I know you take of your stuff!
T-E trials - Enduro? Would explain the low first gear.

Yes brother, 2 stroke all the way. Hello from the ashdown forest. SE England.
I would be interessted, what are the 2 air Ventils at the Wheels for ? Red and Blue...Thx !
Oh man. I can't believe he forgot the loctite.
QUICK, get that back to black out and spray it on ya head!! ;-)
Can someone explain where has the rear brake gone ? Is the front & back coupled ?
Rear brake is on the left hand on a custom double lever setup,
@@wranglerstar thanks for the answer, i’m looking it up !
You won't find it online. We use a custom made double lever bracket that is machined here locally. Unfortunately not for sale to the public,

You should get the sena intercom system for you and your son but also buddies too if you ride with them alot. Very good product.
You would probably like my helmet Go pro setup obviously I ride a rocket ship but all the same motorcycles are life
Where did you find that Trail Tech billet mount? I like that setup.
Awesome, never hesitate to post enduro content, epic!!!!
Thanks for another video 🙏

Thank you for sharing. This was a LOT of fun. God Bless.
Those Husqvarna 2 stroke dirt bikes are nice. I totally want to get one someday.
