    Between this and Ride by Samuel R. Hazo, the most fun timpani parts in existence for band music.

      Yeah we're playing that in my band and our percussionist basically flais his arms around during that part on the timpani

      we're playing this in band as well, i haven't heard much of the percussion but it sounds really cool, i play piccolo.
