My mother passed in March and it was the most wonderful experience. She was 99 3/4. She was tired. Working with my mother as she transitioned was a once in a lifetime experience. I loved sitting with her every day. She'd hold my hand and I was so blessed to have such a great Mom. I didn't and don't have any regrets. I never lost my Mom, I embraced the greatness of God when God says this body and mind have to move on. The spirit was telling my Mom, "You're body and mind are tired. Trust me and let me take over from here." No regrets. I didn't lose my Mom. I found an angel.

Lost my dad three weeks ago, buried him a week later. We are six adult siblings, came to Canada from the Caribbean hard working poor ppl. My dad had kidney disease, my mother has Alzheimer’s. Our father was the patriarch of our family, a strong proud man that was brought down due to his kidneys not functioning. I went to see him everyday in the hospital, feeding, cleaning and talking to him. I was on my way up to his room on July 17th. when my bro called to say he passed. We buried him the week after. I miss him everyday. Don’t take your parents for granted death will come to your door one day. I hate that word “ condolences” hate hearing it. We all miss him every day. He’s no longer suffering. I’m having a hard time enjoying things, do I have the right to be happy again? One day at a time. We miss you Da.
We buried my mother yesterday now both my parents are gone so to see this today helped.

Grief is definately a life long journey. I learned from grief is greater amounts of self love, as we mourn others gone too soon. I truly believe that. Being widowed, watching my mother become a widow recently and other huge unfortunate passings( it’s not about me) but, the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of dispair. First my mom, next 2 Aunts, an Uncle, my honey he was a good man (will be 3 years on the 9/21st of this month), and my son (was 44 years old) passed on 7/25.
I am now raising his youngest son. He was 8 years old when his dad passed he turned 9 years on August 24. It was his first birthday without his dad.

I did ask so many questions I an still waiting to hear from the coroner’s office as to what caused my son’s death besides the fact his Uncle never called 911 (as far as I am concerned he killed my son).😭😭 he left town thank God because there is no telling what I might have done.

Recently loss my Grand father the day before I finished trucking school. My family didn’t tell me until the day after I passed my state test. Which was Aug 23. I just starting grieving today. I’m still in denial, I still can’t believe he’s gone. The worst part about it was I couldn’t even make it to his funeral. It is inevitable that we will lose someone at some point in our lives. We have to go thru hard time for better one to come. Tears r very healing and pain is part of process of healing. We should appreciate every moment in our lives with our loved ones. Yesterday has gone, tomorrow may will never come . The most important moment of our life is today. Lets not take things for granted and show love and appreciation to those we love. As we dont know whats round the corner. Those r gone r in better place now. We should b greatful believing God and his existance as we know there is life after life and we will meet with them one day.Those we love never truly leave us. There are things death can not touch

Thanks for this message Phil ♥️ I’m going to have my 16yr old son watch it. He lost his granny last July and his PawPaw in December, and they were two of the best gifts from God to all of us. We just never wanted to imagine doing life without them. They were a very important part of our village. He’s changed a lot bc of it. We miss them so much…it’s like we miss them more as time goes on. They left such a huge mark on our hearts! I pray continuous, consistent healing over us all. God is the ultimate healer 🙏🏽💙💙

I lost my granddad May 1st, 2021. 23 days before my birthday. Changed my life forever. I’m still learning how to go on and remember the good days with him. It’s definitely hard at times bro, I’m glad you spoke on this. He was the only father figure I had in my life, someone I could call on and he would tell me how it is. Whether it was wrong or right, I miss him like crazy but I keep going. I stay strong and I definitely thank God for allowing me to see the next day, cause it’s not promised. I just know he’s looking down on me, proud of the man I’m becoming. I honestly wish he was here to witness it all

I have lost both my parents as well and not a day goes by that I don’t think about them and reminisce on past times with them. I see a whole new side to you fr. I saw that comment as well, and wanted to take the moment to encourage that person, but read your response and felt it was perfect enough. It hit me too because I remember what that day felt like when I lost my Mom in June. Most of the reason why I worked super hard was to give back to my Mom, losing her after she held it down for so long since losing my Dad all these years, made me feel afraid. I know I have ppl who have my back, but I've never known a world w/o my parents. I don't know what this new season entails, and clearly God saw fit to take my last remaining parent, maybe he knows I'm ready to embark on a new life alone idk (or maybe it's time for my own family). One things for sure though, I trust him no matter what....You have such a beautiful spirit, Phil. I really appreciate you. 🤍

Thank god you found peace. I loss my dad 09/2003 and I still think about him everyday. I know that he’s helping me though because of the signs I consistently get. Lost my grandmother in 2019 at 97 and I just dreamt about her today. I totally understand. I say gratitude when I wake up everyday - I’m sure your love ones would want you to be happy.

I feel so angry at the people how they could be so happy when the sweetest angel could be gone. My ex sent this video, thank you so much for showing me someone actually does understand me.
This vid popped up so unexpectedly but felt like it and at the right time. I just lost my great grandma today not far apart from loosing my aunt 2 months ago. I was never really that close to them like I was to my grandpa on my moms side but it still hit deeply, my condolences to you bro🙏🏿

Much respect to you giving your testimony. Just last yr I lost my mother to breast cancer. The time spent alone really helped me to cope with the loss overtime. I know everybody doesn’t heal or mourn in the same manner cus trust me I see old photos & break out into tears off rip. However I believe that doing the things you love, meditation, being around the right energy will help you get through it overtime. Stay active & stay positive 💯
I'm grateful you made this video. My grandmother aka my best friend, the one I was actually close to and lived with for majority of my years, passed away on 12/28 last year. I'm just grateful for the amazing memories we forever share.. and we've always had a spiritual connection even when she moved to a different part of the state before living in a nursing home, I always had dreams about her and still do. It's like it's all the same in spirit. I love her so much. It was definitely hard for the rest of my family, but we've made it through and have a sense of peace and closure.

This vid hit diff for me, bc I too, among so many ppl, am no stranger to losing fam members. I had also thought about how my grandfather had lived into his 90s amidst the lifestyle he lived. He was super unhealthy in my eyes-loved pork something horribly and was a factory worker for so many years. Couldn’t see how he ate the way he did, but I know that his faith in God was his strong suit and God kept him from a lot of ailments that ppl usually get w/ that kind of diet. I get how diet plays a major role in many ailments. Prayer, balance, and education wards off so many unfavourable outcomes. Again, you have blessed us with a good word👍🏽❤

I cried at the end when you talked about how much god is here for us, my mom and loved ones that I grieve right now aren't dead, but our relationship or whatever our relationship used to be is. I'm angry and I've been angry since i was a little kid and i can feel it killing me all the time. Thank you for giving me a new perspective on how to mend a relationship before it's too late.
This was such a beautiful message, I lost my mom to cancer almost 7 years ago and I still find myself in turmoil thinking about how she made me feel, or feeling guilty if I forgot something about her. Definitely relate with anger and lack of discipline, I’m just now trying to find my way back to God. I realize I can’t do it based on my own understanding.
