You can hear the frustration build as he knocks down the towers again and again, he isn’t even hitting anything of importance but seeing that tower fall again and again must be so frustrating lmao.
You two are an awesome duo, the opposite nature of your two characters makes it so funny. Polite Salzwek and ominous Incursus Salzwerk: "no portals, portals are uhh fordidden, Sorry sir, you cant use these here .. uhm sir" Incursus: "you cant tell me what to do"

so happy that i can finally watch the channel again :D apparently i missed a ton of updates or mods, all those new toys in the game, i haven't seen them before

Wait we do have a seizable german forts community here in germany? And playing these games is a steretype for us? This video was so informative on how the world sees us
Yes, the german community is pretty relevant. A lot of pretty nice players there. Germany is actually know for beeing kinda active in the RTS community aswell. Ive also played Mechabellum and the german community is probably the biggest in the entire game :D
The fact that every time you shot your forward canons they knocked a huge section off his base. Love to see it. I like to see Incursus have to play for real. Normally I just see a bunch of economy while he is just trying to hold the team fort together.
I have discovered some cool mods recently, one of which is the landcruisers mod. It makes it so you can put wheeles on your fort and drive around the map. I recommend you check it out... and maybe make a video, too...
"Wenn Gras über die Sache gewachsen ist" translates to "when grass has grown over the matter" and is supposed to be a symbolic sentence to explain that when a topic has aged and isnt relevant anymore, people have forgotten it, there will be a chance to talk about said topic. So in future we may hear about all the fun "adult toys" from china that go through customs of which most arent legal in germany due to health concerns with the materials used or the amount of "health products" that are just drugs.
@@juicy_ruslan More like, something happened and some time needs to pass to calm things down - or until people forgot about it or don´t care anymore. The timeframe seems to be, until some grass grows to cover things up.
Strategy-wise, that's not an option. Losing the tower is a far better outcome than taking damage to the vulnerable devices behind it. This is why the tower is such a high value target... because losing it means the battleship is vulnerable to taking catastrophic damage. The tower can be replaced. Losing the devices behind it... cannot be replaced within the timespan of a typical match.
Hello, I have two questions. I do not play this game, but I do play ship building games. And I am confused as to why people dont build these ship forts after life ships? I do not mean recreating the Yamato 1:1, but building those forts with some reall life warship architecture. For example bulding citadels, very heavily armored boxes containing all the engines, ammo, fuel etc. all the important bits. These citadels were located deep inside ships to make them as compact as possible to not increase weight. And in some battleships those citadels could even float, which was amazing incase the whole ship flooded it could stay afloat. Another architectural element would be building longer than taller, in forts I see people build really tall towers on their battleships, that collapse easilly after a cannon hit. Meanwhile they could just build a long trench of cannons into the deck and lob shits over each cannon placement. The citadel (made out of metal) could protect the vitals of the fort ship and act like structural spine, which wouldmake the ship more resilie t to bending, it would also move the center of gravity lower so the whole thing wont woble as much. I am aware that in forts, the length of the material influences its durrability and how much it can stretch or contract. These long logs of wood or mettal could be used lower in the ship and the short dense logs on the deck. Could you make a video where you and co. go full tryhard and try to rebuild the ship fort you are given at the start of the match into something with reall life warship architecture?
Most of the gameplay you see from me in the boats is tryhard, especially on streams. Or, at least, an approximation of it. The real life elements of boats and battleships simply don't apply to the mechanics of forts. Especially on the Battleship map itself, the build design I follow is closely taken from the now older competitive battleships event. I've not recently encountered notable optimizations to the boat designs. I could do a video about attempting to recreate a real life battleship in form and loose layout but... such things would be merely cosmetic and weaken the fort to a point where it would not be combat capable.
Customs officer: Do you have anything to declare? Incursus: "Does War Count?"
Love it
I think we can say that Incursus customized the customs officer :P
200th Episode! Been here since the 50th episode, it's really come a long way, huh?
I've been just since 90.
I've been here since his old how to videos for this. first vid i saw was how to mortar rush
I wasn’t here when they posted, but I’ve loved watching all of them
Its been a long time coming
Only been here since the human vs covenant one. Funny how my obsession with Halo brought me to this channel with nothing about Halo lol.
18:37 the one in a million shot of a descending T3 round sniping your own bomb out of the air
DAMN! Good eye, dude!
I love how Salzwerk just goes "nope nononononono, stop doing things" XD
He's great, videos with you together are really fun, hope we see more
My favorite was "No, not the batteries!"; followed by "But I like the batteries. They make big explodey sounds"
I can’t believe it. Two videos in a row with Incursus playing??
Right? I understand some people like the pro league stuff but I come here to watch Incursus play.
It's unbelievable!
I like it! I´d love to see more of that chilled warfare.💥💥💥👍

Incursus being a true patriot by using planes and destroying the towers constantly

Appreciate the friendly matches. Good times!
What a beautiful match for the 200th episode.
Thank you for consistently providing us with great forts content over these years. Happy 200 episode milestone!
congrats on 200 forts episodes
Seeing that command tower get snapped in half 3 or more times was great, no footing given with those 3 forward cannons. Awesome display of apm.
The both of you in the same voice channel made it very enjoyable.
The good old core battery debauchery
I love incursus' strats so much
Such a hairy mid game but he built so much during said mid game that he was not losing the endgame
Incursus:
-Builds an air port in his base
-makes use of portals for his tier 3’s
-does not use a portal for his airport
-builds another airport closer to the from of his base.
-builds orbital laser
-never uses orbital laser
I enjoy Salzwerk and love these collabs

Such an exciting game (given that it was two people playing instead of the usual eight) and a great show of skill from both sides
you make my day, incursus
The tone shifted when the first reactor was destroyed. That's when the boss music started.
Another fun one, hope to see more collaboration between you two!
always a joy to watch an episode where incursus plays!
“Do you have anything to declare?” Heheh, I get it. Customs aren’t easy for the workers. Here’s to you and your friend!

200 episodes and i still come back again, it scratches an itch other content cant
Seeing you put so many explosive, exposed things next to eachother filled me with anxiety.
The fact that he hadnt even fired all his planes, but decided to keep em back, and the orbital lasers as well... Wuff..
The airfield has a heat meter. Incursus could not fire more than 4 planes at a time.
i should have taken bro seriously when he said "lord and savior, deck-guns" because my goodness did he have a lot of them!.

such an underrated forts youtuber

But have you shown them the particle accelerator

You'd think after the third tower went down, he'd stop building up high enough for Incursus to Cannon snipe them.

@@Incursus TL;DR Wood spam is cheap and fast. Turbines/smokestacks and batteries *_aren't,_* and also explode super nicely.
Why not use an orbital Lazer on your own base then use portals to redirect forward?
how did you know your cannon shots were hitting? im still new to this game and i always gotta check my shots
Another video with you playing it? It must be Christmas!
Surprised Incursus didn[t use a particle accelerator with the portals.
Is the damage of cannons / projectile style weapons scaled by the projectile velocity?
Judging by the existence of particle accelerators, yes.
yeah that's definitely not the quote but close!
