    @SebastianMehl-mr1jb This is interesting about you now sleeping on the ground. I learned that it is important when possible to go outside in nature and when possible to walk barefooted because it helps ground you to the Earth and makes you feel better. I did that for an hour and a half everyday and I felt so much better. It helps improve both physical health and mental health. 😃

      I fully agree. We humans are supposed to be out in nature, barefooted. But instead we have now created a very isolated environment/society which definitely has an effect on our wellbeing. Good to hear you are doing alright!
