There are many countries in the world that has issues with chemicals in their water but I didn't know Norway also has chemicals in it's water. My family and me have a WhirlPool refrigerator that has a water filter in it and we have to change it every few months. If you are going to drink water from a sink, one good water filter to use is Zero Water that is said to work even better than the Brita water filter. It is also a good idea to use tooth paste which is free from fluoride.

@SebastianMehl-mr1jb Depending on the reasons about being different, people that are different can be good and also look at it being unique...while being humble about it. You said in one of your videos that you have a twin brother and perhaps he also has this feeling of being different from other people his age. Some of the most successful and richest people on this Earth are different from the majority of the people. 😃

I learned that it is important when possible to go outside in nature and when possible to walk barefooted because it helps ground you to the Earth and makes you feel better. I did that for an hour and a half everyday and I felt so much better. It helps improve both physical health and mental health. 😃
