Dude do you even know what you you did? You are saving lives I'm telling you!! Saved me two weeks of work for a humongous datasheet I'm working on and now allowed to download power query. You rock!!
It's very professional and nice... My simple way to combine required rows data is as follows... Place filter on top of column(or sort the data)... If it's numeric apply"sum"function and press F2.. It will expand formula select range(i.e,A1:A40.. like that) press"F9"... You will get all numbers, just remove"=sum & brackets"press enter... If you want comma's instead of punctuation symbol... Use replace function..(if it's alphabetical use =concatenate (transpose A1:A40))... Rest is same
Just wanted to thank you because this is continuing to help people in 2021 as well. Although I am not sure whether there is an alternative way to do this :D Love what you did here
Nice one, thanks :-) Just a tip from my side: when you want to propagate the formula down till the last cell and you have a column on the left without empty cell, it is enough to double click on the little square corner on the bottom right of the cell where you have the formula.
i guess im asking randomly but does someone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me!
@Dillon Adrien Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Thank you so much I was working with a huge number of data and the Vlook up will only pull the first value. This formula helped me combine the text and then Vlook it up back as a LONG Combined text . Thank you please keep making more videos!
There isn't any video like yours. Definitely now on I'm your followers. I have clicked on Liked Video and Subscribed. Only one suggestion is that the voice is not loud. Thank you very much.
Thank you for sharing! It has been a while since I was in school, and may or may not have learned this (embarrassed to admit!) In less than 4 minutes, this worked for me. Appreciate it!
Finally was able to combine rows as I wanted, doing basically the same thing, but with Item/Product #'s & Prod. Dept. Codes, though the shortcut you suggest to select all rows didn't work
Simple, easy to understand and nevertheless clever. It's not 100 percent what I was looking for, but I think it was what I needed. Now to figure out how to pick values from multiple columns, slap them together and when the time comes expand the comma list with text into columns. Thanks!
Awesome, definitely a life saver for many.. tried many complex solution for this problem, never thought solution can be so simple and easy.... thanks dude.. Subscribed to your channel already..
Thanks for the information! Very helpful. Would this formula also be written the same way under Libreoffice ?? If not, what would be the correct syntax?
