Completely ignoring the fact that you almost certainly could do more sets if you actually went full rom, and also would probably have a lower injury risk. Not to mention a novel stimulus, probable regional hypertrophy, and generally having it be more transferable to all other physical tasks. Really weird niche to latch onto
