if you use the „nametag“ song one more time i have to stop doing your workouts. it was a bad song the first few times but now its literally unbearable😭 but i love your workouts so pleaaaase use a little more variation on your music

Like, but it is a wrong ending. It is supposed to end with easy exercice, hard ones are normally the peak of the lesson, not at the end.
I disagree. It’s good to end a workout really pushing yourself because you’ll feel really proud afterwards.
I love to end with a difficult exercise because I can give it my absolute all knowing I'm done after :) it's like the final sprint
