Except for the HDR mode in camera, I have all the other features. I think the features differ in each Android phone depending on the model and whether the phone has camera2API mode instead of legacy mode. I am saying this from experience. My old motog5+ stock camera had manual mode. However since it did not have camera2API the manual mode in LR would show only ISO and WB.
I just downloaded LR onto my Samsung Galaxy A21s but can't find the blue Camera icon at the lower right-hand corner. I don't know what the problem is. Can anyone help?
Hi I havent tried the gcam HDR RAW that's something to try out and compare! I will say that part of the benefit of Adobe Camera is its world class photo editor. I suspect Gcam can't rival that.
Has this bug been fixed/solved for anyone yet? I’m still having the same issue (there’s no option to edit the photo anywhere), even after uninstalling and reinstalling
@@takebetterphotos8132 i want to shoot astrophotography in raw on my mi k20 pro but lightroom dosent allow long exposures kindly suggest an app that supports raw for astrophotography pleass Thanks
Maybe a weird question - when I'm using the Pro option, all the images seem to come into the editing module with +15 white, -5 black and +8 clarity setting and I have no idea why its doing this. This is carried through to the Lightroom Classic and desktop, and also strangely, these values seem to be the absolute value, so if I change them, then click to return to zero, they snap back to the figures listed and not zero, so its almost as if they are hard baked into the image as the base values. I can't see anywhere on LR mobile where I've added a preset of any sort. Anyone got any ideas?!
Hi Richard, yes it seems lightroom camera applies some auto adjustments though it doesn't do it very well. It might be set in the EXIF thats why it is carried over to classic. I think it's the unique way iPhone handles RAW which you don't get in mirrorless.
"Pro" settings? Set ISO or Sec and ISO and Sec (SS) change when the camera decides. That is not a Pro exposure. A Pro decides SS & ISO for the effect desired. A setting in any tool must be repeatable and dependable. If it is not dependable then it is not a dependable tool. Pros do no use undependable tools.
It is the best Camera app I've ever used.I love it!
yes totally underappreciated.
Glad to be your 100th sub ! Thanks for the info
Awesome! Thank you!

I still see the blue icon it on my iPhone. Have you tried other Android phones if it shows up?
The camera disappeared off the app after last actualization, in android... 😢
Sorry for the delay. Still figuring out RUclips studio interface. I hope you solved the issue.
i've activated through the widgets, a icon exclusive for the camera.
That's because the icon hides automatically while scrolling down the pictures and comes out on scrolling upwards
Hi and thanks. Would you say it’s okay to shoot with this app and then edit in some non-Adobe app such as ON1. Would that approach work.
If it is a standard RAW, yes it will work. If it is RAW HDR you need Lightroom. Best just use the mobile app in that case. It is free.
@@takebetterphotos8132 Ah I see, thanks for the reply.
Does free app does not save the photos clicked via apps camera ? I cannot find the clicked photos anywhere in the app or camera roll.
It is saved in the lightroom library not camera roll. You have to export it.
Hey can i take photos is iphone and edit them in android 😅
Well you have to export it else it will remain in LR library / save it to a google drive I suppose😊

Is it better to take photos with adobe camera or gcam?
Hi I havent tried the gcam HDR RAW that's something to try out and compare! I will say that part of the benefit of Adobe Camera is its world class photo editor. I suspect Gcam can't rival that.
Do Google pixel phones have manual settings
Hi Kmenlang. Definitely they do. Even the stock camera should have manual controls.
@@takebetterphotos8132 yes, but working on Lightroom should make up I guess
Hello, when i make a photo with the lightroom camera it doesnt save into my gallery. Is there any fix to that?
Perhaps the permissons haven't been set for saving for the photo gallery? Or is your photo gallery full? That's the only thing I can think of.
@@takebetterphotos8132 Im gonna check right now to see if thats the issue, thanks for the tips!

What's the longest shutter speed I can get in a iPhone Xs?
Hi Emrul its only 0.3s save as iPhone X
Do I need a tripod to shoot hdr
You do not need a tripod as long as in daytime . However when the light is lower I highly recommend it to avoid camera shake and misalignment.
How to fix if your model phone doesnt support dng lightroom?
I've only tried iPhones. However I suspect you need to upgrade your device. Surprising it doesn't support dng
The photo taken from Lightroom camera not showing in my gallery why?
Yaa,same goes to me,i want to know why
I saw from some forums It might be a bug. Some have said that uninstalling and resinstalling the app might help.
You need to go to edit photo then on top right click to export to internal storage.

Why in my mobile this app has less featuresin pro mode
I think depends on the capabilities of the phone? What phone are you using?

HDR mode is not available in lr plz help
hi its probably your phone model does not support it
Go to technology previews
then enable hdr
Still won’t work unless you pay for cloud
But Lightroom camera can't control enough noise at low light situation.
Good observation. Best to post process with denoising software which actually gives better results than in-camera denoising

Hi Michael, I think there are some limitations on setting iPhone exposure. Not as flexible as a digital camera.
