Just a tip for next time, give the wife some strong rubber bands and those cords and get her to wrap them nicely so that they have room for more cords that they don’t need or will probably never use (just like my husband’s 🤣)

This voice-over really caught my attention because you said the word "um" around 20 times in the first 3-4 minutes. Seems like you were struggling a bit with this one. I mean no disrespect, and this is simply an observation you may not even be aware of.
A lot was trash, but a lot was kept and just reorganized back into the new storage solutions that were put back into the closet. It's an apartment so no garage where you would typically store these types of things.
Tool box will be fab for this guy!!! Love how you tidied and organized his office area and the closet.
