  • I definitely dropped the ball, y'all!! Between projects, working with the elderly couple, and a tough time of year for me...things got a little messy, but I am knocking stuff out and getting the house back in order. I know I am not the only one so powering through and getting it done! I hope you find it motivating because I know it can be a real struggle when you are busy and struggling in certain areas!!

    You are amazing! You're so hard working. And you have such a big heart. I love all of your content so whatever you do with it, I'm here for it! I love your home cleaning videos and I love when you help others clean their homes.. as house cleaning is my side hustle as well. So I know the feeling of helping others in that aspect. Ugh. I am 44 years old and I regret not getting into the health care field when I was younger as nursing was (and still is) my dream job... I just never felt I have what it takes to be a nurse. That mindset really destroyed my dream and still does. I love to hear that you love your job... I am having to transition from my full time job now that my job has closed down (This happened 7 weeks ago). I have a couple years to figure out what I will do next. I've worked at that job for 23 years so it is so hard to think about possibly going back to school or even just working I a new environment with new ppl.. 😖. But you encouraged me when you said you love your job. I'd love to hear more about your position if you're allowed to and want to talk about it. Your home is so beautiful. I LOVE the rug at the door it is so cute!
    😂😂 omg! I had the same problem with my bed sheets too! They kept sliding over to one side or the other and it drives me insane! I bought new ones, and they fit like a glove! I got them from kitchen stuff plus believe it or not! Best sheets I've ever gotten! Lol!
    Awesome Awesome video, Heather! ❤❤❤

      Don't ever feel like it is too late to start over. Especially not with nursing!! They are in high demand, and there is such a shortage, and there are so many different types of nurses outside of your standard 4 year degree. I feel like my job was a total accident, but truly God had a hand in it because I couldn't have picked it better if I had tried.

      @HeathersHaven435 Thsnk you so much for the encouraging words. 🥺💕
      I know in Toronto, Canada it is in very high demand. I am looking into the PSW course ... maybe go through that and get my foot in and go from there. It's terrifying, but I have the opportunity to at least try and see if it's something I will love. ❤

    Omg! So sorry your son broke his leg!! Geez. Our youngest just healed from her broken foot. She broke it in gym class. Took a couple months of healing . Praying for a speedy recovery. I'm glad to hear he is healing and off crutches. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

      @@HeathersHaven435 Yes, but my child is something different. She hopped EVERYWHERE and barely used the crutches😂. She has an enormous amount of energy since she was little. She does not sit down much at all. So that broken foot didn't hold her back 😂

    This Mother’s Day was a good day but then turned into a hard time. I worked Saturday afternoon and went home to my mom’s. On Sunday both my mom and I had been up for some time. I usually don’t get up and around until mid morning. I asked my mom if she’d want to go somewhere an hour away. She asked me where and I said yeah. We quickly got dressed and around. I needed to use the restroom while we were on the road. She said we’ll just go through the town where my grandparents are buried at. After we used the restroom, we drove through the town to see how it looks which is the town my mom grew up in. We decided to stop by the cemetery to see grandma n grandpa. We had some good and okay conversations while in the car. We even remembered one of
    our favorite days together while I was in high school as we drove by the restaurant. We got back home had dinner. I headed back home like I always do I contact my mom that I’m home. I decided to call her that night. I was emotional when I called her she knew I was. I cried all that night and pretty much all day the next day. I wasn’t sure exactly why I was emotional. I was probably because I was grieving either my grandparents or even my dad and it was roughly around the time of my mom’s anniversary of an accident she was in.
    During Memorial Day weekend, I went home again. I wanted to go home on Saturday evening but got up early on Sunday. I got home just before my parents were going to the cemeteries. We went to my dad’s side of the family cemetery and then back to my grandparents cemetery.
    On Monday on my way back home I planned to stop by my dad’s cemetery. I couldn’t find his marker which I wasn’t happy. Now I need to get one which it had been almost 20 years since his passing. I thought I’d remember where “they” buried him. It’s until now I was able to go even though I had thought about going for a few years now.

    Thank you for this fantastic cleaning motivation ! As I struggle so much to discard any nicer paper clutter like magazines/catalogues or old clothes that can't be donated, I've liked that you've filmed while discarding the sport bra box in the bathroom trash and then emptied it haha it's not the same as a magazine/catalogue or actual clothes, but that's the closest I've seen from it so far 😆

    • @HeathersHaven435
      @HeathersHaven435  Месяц назад +1

      🤣 I feel like that type of trash I do through out the day typically. I normally am pretty good at " clean you go" for paper type clutter cause it helps keep my anxiety down.

    Omg girl! We are so much alike 😂. I have a bunch of holes in walls I need to patch up from mistakes I've made, changes I've made because I ended up hating something I put up, trust me you're not alone . I love the art work! I think it looks great! I have 2 holes to patch up after taking a small shelf down in my bedroom and putting up a new bigger shelf yesterday! 😂 I have many holes to fix though!
    I understand the sleeping in separate rooms! My husband and I do sleep in the same room but he snores very loudly and he also LOVES the sound or loud rain which he gets from YT on his phone. And I am someone who needs quiet while sleeping . I don't mind little white noises , but not the noise that he likes and not his snoring . So sometimes he sleeps on the couch in the livingroom... it pulls out as a bed. We all have to get our sleep some way! So, never any judgment here ❤❤

    The shedding in old age is a sign to change your dog's food to a better quality brand, and to supplement with salmon oil. High quality dog food will help a lot.
