- This was an project created by me and with 2 guitar players that was having fun with this experimental OST. also this track has nothing to do with the original Mimic OST as this is my take on what I would create for Rage & Scream.
-Special thanks to Xite747 for doing some guitar parts and helping to construct a better intro.

The real question with Rage and Scream is.... WTF did they come from, and why are they SO determined to kill Trigger? Feels like someone wanted to throw in another story element, but forgot things like *BACKSTORY.*
Their aircraft bear the markings of General Resources.
Clements has a hand in it as well. And their beef with Trigger seems petty.

@@trazyntheinfinite9895 it’s easy money it’s always money Erusea was going to pay them quite a pretty penny if they won the war and the only thing That was actually keeping them from winning was in fact trigger due to how skilled of a pilot he is so they sent Mercenaries to see if they could shoot him down and kill him making Erusea win the war Against OSEA and Having Belka get revenge on OSEA as well Since they are Allied with each other and would’ve won Complete aerial superiority due to the drones uploading all the data across the entire planet they then when they did not have to deal with Osea on their land they would’ve sent belka all the supplies and money they ever needed to build back their military since it was thanks to grunder Industries for supplying the AI For the drones and facilities to have them mass produced and of course once they did and with Captain Torres attacking the most important city being the Capital with most of the military facilities and ports as well as killing the President they would be able to easily take over some parts of OSEA and start pushing them back more and more and Also with the help of the Erusea military they would be able to take over the whole Country after awhile

This music is how the combat should have felt, like if they were actually young, deranged and skillful prodigies that were a considerable threat to deal with.
I feel the AI of the last battle with mimic squad should have been much much harder
The AI boss battles arent very hard in this game purely because then the game would be too hard lol. It's intended to be easy to pickup which is hard in a flying game
Still though, there are plenty of us who have mastered this game and are looking for legendary battles

Before i uploaded this track i was telling my self that my fan made ost was not as sinister as the OG one.
I am very happy to hear you say that because this track was made back in 2019 of Nov 10th. And was not going to post it until a fan let me know to post it.

I love the fact that y'all did an original take on the OST. This was sick, I like it more than the original tbh. Would really like to see some more original takes on the soundtrack :]

This is an incredible take! It reminds me a lot of Assault Horizon's style, funnily enough, but it works very well for Rage and Scream. Very well done, Net-Zone, and kudos to Xite and Piotr for their expert playing!
I dunno about Scream but my man's guitar was screaming.
The mimics have a weird place in my list of favorite fights in ace combat.
They don't have the gravitas of Mihaly, they have no feeling of nobility or experience that makes you invested in their story. In fact they are basically unknowns, with practically no backstory to speak of.
Despite this limitation...the mimics are an intriguing fight. They are so obviously insane but incredibly skilled, using technology to try and outsmart you when you fight them. Rather than fight using raw skill like Mihaly they make up for their arguable inferior skill with tricks.
I dunno if it's just me but I always feel bad when I kill them. Sure they tried to kill you but their tone toward Trigger implies theres something more going on in terms of motivation.
Still one of my favorite fights, dunno bout you all.

This suits them fantastically. Substituted the crazy ass drums in their actual OSTs with electric guitar, and both give the same impression of just how unhinged these two maniacs were.

I feels like this is a overall better when it comes to when you are fighting but Project Aces’ had better edit potential with its slow build with the cymbals and the guitar riffs which fits better as like a sort of peak during the engagement

sadly this was a very forgettable squadron imo, they were easily taken care of in all encounters
Yes, i wish they where written more like the buttfly master from ACI. A squadron that use drones to keep you from shooting down the real Jets.
Suits them better than the real OST! Once more Net-Zone, You've blown it completely out of the park! Well done to you and your fellow artists that created this project!

Na buddy, this has nothing to do with the original R&S track. This is a fun track made by me and 2 other players that was having fun.
If Namco had us to make a R&S track then this would be what we would have made for them.

Rage and Scream's original theme is weak.. but THIS... this is EXCITING. It contains a great elemets that have a quality I don't know how to express.... it just makes me excited to shred 'em up! There's no way I'm ever doing those missions again without replacing the old song with this one while I fly!
