    I really want to install this kit. I love the look but does raising the front end like this causes front suspension components to wear out?

    Those Are 20's! a blind guy could spot that

    • @J.NOBODY.1

      yes, they are definitely 20s but the same tire size ratios will work. so that means a 285/55r20 or 285/65r18 or 285/70r17. All come out to be about 32.7 tall and 11.2 wide.

    285/65/18 fit on my 2014 Toyota Tundra Sr5 TRD stock suspension with out a lift on stock TRD wheels.

    If it will fit "up to" 285/65/r18, then what would that convert to in tire size since those wheels ( fuel diesel d598) are 20 inch (smallest diameter for that specific wheel for the tundra and the minimum offset for that wheel is 1)... just curious

    • @xpcfrazier82
      @xpcfrazier82 5 лет назад

      Also not knocking the build bc this is my favorite wheel design to date and I love the stance of the truck... if you could somehow get a total build spec of the build, would be awesome.. actual wheel brand/size. And offset of that specific wheel

    • @RoughCountryTV

      Metric to Standard Result:
      285/65/18 = 32.6x11.2/18
      Metric to Standard Result:
      285/55/20 = 32.3x11.2/20

      @@RoughCountryTV What the hell does metric to standard going to help me with ......an 18" tire your saying will fit on a 20" wheel that is in your own product feature video.... so what your saying is BDS is better or you don't know the actual wheel/tire combo that fits onto the rough country featured build? The wheel in YOUR video is a 20 inches in diameter made by FUEL which is also the smallest Fuel makes this wheel available.. model diesel D598... OFFSET UNKNOWN (either 1mm or 20mm), They do not make a 0 offset of this specific wheel for a Tundra like you commented in another persons replied comment .... Tire size compatibility with your level kit is actually unknown with the provided wheels in video because you don't know. Just be honest and say you have no clue.

      @@xpcfrazier82 Yeah really... cause they sure aren't 285/65/18. The info in the comments should match wtf they got going on. It looks good, but those are definatlya not 285/65-18

      No. A diff drop kit is not necessary for this particular kit.

    those tires look larger than 285/65-18 in the video.... and you dont need a leveling kit to put that size on... even a 275/70-18 is taller than 285/65/18
