Follows asking about peeling off the sticker I do there isn't a problem with doing so... But you don't have to the heatSync will work through that sticker and will help to keep your ssd cool
should I get the M.2 SSD that comes with a heatsink and not use the default computer heatsink, or should I get the M.2 SSD without the heatsinks?

I'm over here confused as hell. My nvme notch is the other way around and puts the bar codes to the back and can't use the heat sync cover with it. My drive is different from every video I've looked for and it finally dawns on me.. This 980 pro comes with it's own heat sync 😅 feeling Mega dumb right now
It's ok it happens to the best of us. I'm installing my second SSD in a PC I've used for years and when I opened it up I realized I still had film on the inside of the front glass piece. Oof 😂

If I have two ssd ports and only one 980, I’m good with just using one port correct? Do I still have to take the strip off the other port regardless even if it’s not being used?

As i've just got the 990 pro And I did peter off the sticker..... To allow my hint sync direct contact.... I will let you know if there's any problems. Honestly this shouldn't be...

I upgraded my pc to this ssd. After I installed it my computer got stuck into bios. Changed my boot order to ssd before my hdd and nothing. Took out ssd and everything ran well again.
Way easier than I thought on how to install it. My motherboard can hold 5 lol
I get a black screen. Doesn't even boot up anymore :/

For anyone not knowing what to do:
Right click on your Windows Star button > Disk Management > It will tell you you must initialize a disk (the one you just installed), make sure the option is on GPT, click Ok.
After this you can notice that one of your Disk with a number has a black bar on top of the header, this is the new one you need to format. Right click on it > New Simple Volume > Make sure it uses the maximum space allowed showed in MB > Assign the desired letter for the new drive > Assign your desired name for the drive in Volume label > enjoy. Have a nice day and God bless you.

The tricky part is how to make it visible in bios, partition it and install the system on it. Any monkey with a screwdriver and a little imagination can fix it onto motherboard. I don’t see a point of this video unless you are mentally disabled.
