    Thank you for explaining how to breathe when exercising. Breathing properly is important when I do kegel exercises or training with kettlebells. Very grateful to you Dr Chris

    Can I do this with cystocele?

      I don't have enough information to answer that question for you. Having a prolapse doesn't mean we can't lift or strength train, but it's important to know HOW someone's body is organizing with such movements and under load (aka how is someone's pelvic floor strength and how is it coordinating with their abs, breath, hip muscles, etc..). In order to determine how your body is sequencing and if this series would be an appropriate level for you to explore is best determined by an assessment from a pelvic floor physical therapist
