wow this was one of the first "workout like a model" videos I've seen where the model isn't wearing a full face of makeup and hair done up. I appreciate the realness. Also it actually looked like she was putting in a TON of effort, which I feel like I don't normally see in these kinds of videos! Loved it!

Gym memberships should be a part of health insurance policies. This would prevent people from so many medical problems without the excuse of not affording a gym membership, and obesity is a huge problem here in the states

@@mrsraven9169 That's not true, entirely. While hyperventilating could signal poor condition or breathing techniques, sweating is all about heat regulation (which system simply varies per person). Many top athletes tend to sweat extensively, even after one flight of stairs, because their bodies are accustomed to cooling themselves down quickly. Sweat's a good thing! But make sure to stay equally hydrated.

She must be sweating, otherwise she's not doing anything, and as far as I can see, she's doing pretty intense stuff, so it's impossible that she isn't. But you can't see her from the POV that she sees herself, and she's also being filmed, the lighting and her makeup can affect how you view her.

The retail price of the shoes was affordable but obviously, the resale value of the shoes was double the price of the retail. Necessarily the shoe value is expensive because of the hype.

how do you know? unless you're getting DEXA scans you have no idea, that's extremely hard to do so id argue you didn't.
