    Linear rails actually do need maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) but you're right that v-wheels tend to need it more often (although the actual maintenance is relatively more simple). The main reason to chose linear rails is usually reliability and repeatability ( accuracy is pretty much on par with v-wheels). While the printer seems pretty well thought out, like with most CoreXY printers I'm surprised at how much extra space they occupy compared to the actual build volume.

    Yes...just use white material, where we dont see real issues...
