Very beautiful & very functional home. Love the muted colors. I would make the home into a 2 bedroom.
I love that it has a proper laundry room! My only criticism is that there isn't very much cupboard space in the kitchen. Other than that, this is a great option!
Not very often the utility room is a separate room in a single wide. Very nice touch. This home has a lot of nice touches.

I personally would swap the dining room windows for French doors with a patio. Then the grill on the patio.
A very nice single wide. I love the flooring, I love the built-in-table and the built-in microwave. I love the master bath layout. Even though the secondary bedrooms are small, they do have larger closets than usual. I love all the windows bringing in light, and that there is a foyer.
I like the built-in dining table in the kitchen. Looks like there might even be room for two more seats at the end.
I'm usually dead set against a kitchen island in a single wide because it leaves little to no room for an actual table and chairs but I do like this arrangement because they've incorporated the dining table into the island. Very nice home at a price that's not to hard to take.

I like that the middle and end guest rooms are the same size. I'd prefer to just have a breakfast bar, without the attached table. That would allow for more seating options. I appreciate you sharing this with we, the viewers.

I love that you are not opening your front door directly in to your living room in this home! I am so over the open concept home but, in this particular home, it works! It feels more spacious than if the kitchen and living room had a wall between them. And that kitchen packs a lot of punch in such a small space! I like that you can access a bathroom through the back door. And that master bath! Gorgeous!

This would make a starter place for someone or if someone wants to downsize. I love the layout of this place for a single wide. My favorite parts are the built-ins, shelves in the living area & in the island, shelves in the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

I like this layout very much. The only change I would make is one larger secondary bedroom with a larger closet. Great price!
I like this home. It's perfect for a single person or empty nesters and the price isn't bad. It needs more drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. The master closet is a bit small, and I don't like having the hot water heater inside the bedroom closet. I like the layout of the guest bedrooms. They each have a little walkway at the door that provides extra privacy.
I love the layout only wish it had a tub in master bath and I'm not crazy about the floating entertainment wall. And WHY can they not stop putting vents in the floor and using wire shelves? Other than that I really like this one.

This is one of the smartest designs I’ve ever seen. Only thing I would make at least one door in the second bathroom a pocket door so you don’t have two doors fighting for space. Now if I could only find something like this on the west coast. Nothings come close so far
I would like to see some homes that has both formal living and formal dining rooms and a den/family room

Hi Chance and Family...I am not a fan of single wides but when it nice i say it......beautiful home but those vents on the floor in the kitchen is crazy...the vents should be on the ceiling...love the table in the kitchen...nice to see a actual laundry room in a single that was in its own room. The master bath is very nice..the outside needs a wow factor..to plain looking...Be Safe Be Blessed
Floor vents get trashed very quickly. Look terrible. Scratched and dented. So sad.
They really need to even out the sizes of the two secondary bedrooms in these homes to make them more functional.

I absolutely love this mobile home.
Chase if you look at the measurements on the floor plan, the middle bedroom is larger than the other one by 3"! Very nice kitchen for a single wide. I have seen so many singles that the kitchens , well actually the whole places, shows a significant lack of vision, unlike this home. I like this one. It is always good to have quick access to a bathroom from the outside for kids that are playing and suddenly realized that they need to 'go' or if you are driving home and your lunch isn't settling right and you are trying not to speed and get a ticket, but you really need to "GO" - LIKE NOW!. I would hate to have to walk half through t he house before you get to the toilet. Hate the curtains, but I would make my own anyhow. Very nice master bath for a single wide, and it would be great in a double wide. I don't like those spaces down near the floor under the sinks. They would be a bear to clean out the dust, etc. that gets in the back of them!

Plus, if a right-handed person was sitting in the chair in front of the sink, they would likely keep bumping their elbow on the counter.

Oh, Chance, you have found THEE ONE!!! This single wide is perfect! I like the flooring. I love the kitchen: the eye level built in microwave, (NOT) over the stove, the double door frig. and the built in table. an actual utility room, AND the main bath is amazing! I am saving this one. Even though this is a smaller home it's still very high end and modern. It's great for a single person. Love those windows too! I do love that divider next to the toilet. Love that grey interior.

They've come so far in the interiors of these singlewides, it's too bad they can't do something with the exterior to make it look different. Nice home with nice features. Only improvement the kitchen needs is to continue the backsplash on either side of the stove.
I agree. I do believe this one would definitely look better on the outside being a different color. Shutters maybe? The white is just bland and unimpressive.
I LOVE collard greens, fried chicken, cornbread, cucumbers-cherry tomatoes salad. Now leave my collard greens along 😊😊😊😊. Im watching you, lol

Very well setup home and really exactly what I’m looking for. We are selling our home this spring in east cobb Marietta ga. We will have some excellent equity and will be looking for land to put a home just like this on. Hoping to remain up to 30 miles from Marietta. Very exciting channel Chase we love it!!!

Bless her, she's a Plain Jane outside but the inside was nicely appointed. Overall, it is a very nice house. I could easily live in it. I even like the door from the hall bath to the utility room. The one thing, if I must pick, is that there are only three drawers in the kitchen. I know, the kitchen is small but feels spacious, however three drawers is a little small. Kind of limits you to one for utensils, one for tea towels, trivets and potholders and, one destined to be the junk drawer. Thanks.
We bought our mobile home in December 2019 and it’s that exact floor plan with a few differences. Kitchen has that table attached to the other side of the sink and window placement throughout is different. But for the most part it’s the exact same. Ours is a Fleetwood.

Chance, this house 🏠🏡 is definitely loaded!! Its full of surprises and full of greatness!! All of the rooms are very comfortable and different!! Its spacious and extremely liveable!! The kitchen is dramatic but has very little storage. I couldn’t fit all my kitchen stuff + food in it. Also has relatively little counter space.

Nice. I ended up buying a site built home. But when I get it paid off, it's going to my son. I am buying lake front property and this would be perfect for my lake home.

For the money it's ok, not the best use of space in the ends of the house beyond the kitchen/living room. You've toured singles that were ~$25k more that were a much better use of space and features overall.
I like this one, it needs a tank less hot water heater. The smaller room would be turned into a closet

Thanks for doing another singlewide and you were right this one was very nice. The spare bedrooms were tiny id almost like to see what a 2 bedroom in this would be maybe a bigger 2nd bedroom?
