Really great home! Very well thought out and presented! It does have nearly a full acre of Quartz Counter Top! The double counters in the Kitchen do furly smile on feeding a big cast of guests! The 9' ceilings and the vents all up there where they belong, stunning! And plenty of room to do whatever druthers you wont! Thanks Chance!

Love that wrap around porch and the access to it from the dining area. I can just imagine finishing supper and going out to sit and enjoy the evening. I also really appreciate the laundry room having enough space for a freezer. The size of all the bedrooms is wonderful and the closet sizes are perfect. I did wonder though, where would the microwave go in that lovely kitchen?
The home has some amazing curb appeal, especially the wrap around porch. I love every aspect of this home. Can't beat a corner pantry, a selling point in every kitchen for sure. I love my pantry. Thanks for the tour Chance!
I remember when I got to film this home it was way late in the afternoon and the sun was setting around 4 in the middle of Jan. The lighting wasn't good with the sun the way it was comming in. I'll be back there in October to film again.
All of them are. I laugh when people say in the comments, “You could build for that!” because they clearly haven’t checked prices lately. Rates are 7.5. No, you cannot build anything nearly this large for that price right now, especially with site costs. Also, builders everywhere are backed up years-three years in my area.

I ❤❤❤ this…. It is perfect in almost every way… The only exception is that there is no makeup vanity in the master bath, but this is one of the only floor plans I’ve seen that has a small space where one could be added between the sink and shower wall😊
This home is super nice. Love the layout, design and decor. I would change the islands around and put in a sink in the laundry room and a stand alone tub in master bathroom. Otherwise, It's definitely perfect for me and mine. I rate this home 12. Nice entrance with unique divider. Beautiful living room & kitchen, I like the 2nd island to separate the kitchen from the living room. I've never seen a guest bathroom with a separate water closet before. Large walk-in closets in all the guest bedrooms. Lovely master bath, pretty tub and shower. This home has lots of space, and I really like the flooring. The only thing missing is a fireplace.
Love it!! I would open up the kitchen by taking away the cabinets that are between the kitchen and livingroom. Move the sink section to give more room in the kitchen.

That's exquisite. A few changes I'd do. I'd have a tv unit with fireplace where the horse picture is, I know they stage it so it looks biggest they can. I'd also make the first vanity into a double and put a storage cupboard where the second vanity is. I'd also like a removable shower head. But it's a beauty for sure.
I love the looks of the outside, it looks like an old fashioned kind of place which appeals to the old fashioned in me. I do NOT drink Coffee! Great Kitchen with lots of drawers and cupboards. I would use the island seperating the kitchen and living room as a place to cut out fabric and baste quilts. I love the little ledge and column as you come in. It gives a retro look and would be even better if the part in the living room has book shelves. I love that pantry without the wire racks which cause small cans to tip over. I want this house! It took me weeks to realize that was wallpaper!
😳 No end in the Shower!? WOW! They could have added one especially for as high-end as this home is!! I'm really surprised at this little, yet BIG detail they left out!
Love the layout. Don't have to take the laundry through the kitchen, it's by the bedrooms and bathroom and you don't have to walk through the bathroom to get to the master bedroom closet.
This is truly a beautiful home. That Hall bathroom would have been fabulous when my family was growing up. With one boy and four girls I'm surprised we didn't have a ton of blood shed every morning. 😉 But seriously they did really well considering we only had one bathroom. they didn't really fight. They learned pretty quickly that they just had to take shifts in the bathroom. They were not allowed to use mine every morning. Once in a while was fine. But not daily. But the girls would have loved that set up! I attached baskets to the walls of the kid's bathroom in my house and my son still complained about there being "girly stuff on the counter" he did NOT like that at all. This home has the perfect setup for a family. I love it. The only thing that would have made it better in my mind is I like having a split bedroom set up where the master bedroom is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms. Mine is not that way. In my house the 4 bedrooms kind of form an L with the great room and their bathroom in the middle.
Wow! In my area you can get a 4br 21/2 bath with a 3 car garage house with almost 3000 square ft.for that price . That is if you don't go all out on the upgrades and extras. And that's site built too.

“No end”? 😂 honey, shower doors are so last decade. All the high-end showers are built this way. Have you never visited an upper-end community?
