    I absolutely love these set of meditation videos. I usually do more than one at a time because they are so soothing. They have also helped me whenever I've had a headache. Thank you so much!🙏

    I did this in the evening with headphones on and barely any outside noise to begin with. The background sounds in your space were such a wonderful addition. The person walking on the stairs, the cars passing, planes crossing and the little bird (?) that started appearing just as I was imagining my outside to be Australian scent and sound following your prompt. Then wondering whether it was actually a bird just to be ‘caught’ by your following prompt not to label but just notice the sounds. Beautiful.
