I own this exact same truck, I even have it in the same color. I LOVE IT! My only real complaint is that it doesn't have power mirrors which at times can be a safety issue.
What kind of mileage do you get with it?? Im considering the s over the sv king cab specifically for more efficency. Looking at the spec sheet the kingcab s is supposed to be more fuel efficient than the king cab sv which for some reason has the same fuel rating as the crew cab
@@SaskatchewanBadAss I just got the SV Crew Cab (4 full doors) with all the available packages (convenience, tow, etc). It currently has 28 miles on it and I’m getting an average of 20.8mpg. That is with it going 12 miles a day, with 10 of those on the NH highway (65-70mph). I’m waiting for my tonneau cover to come in which should give me another 0.5-1.0 mpg. That should also get better as the Frontier finishes break-in.
A little late to the party but I'm about to buy a 2023 Frontier SV 2WD with the King Cab. Really like the redesign that Nissan has done. The reason I went for the Frontier is because of price vs features and most of all, it is an extended cab with a long bed. Only Nissan, Toyota, and Ford offer this body style. Short bed trucks for me are about as useful as ti*'s on a bull. I know it's possible to buy a double cab truck with a long bed but then I may as well buy a full size truck. If I have to carry more than one passenger (maybe once every ten or twenty years) then I'll just use my regular car. The only negatives about the Frontier, in my eyes anyway, are the lack of navigation, wireless smart phone connection, and no Pro-4X option for the King Cab.
King cab is the way to go if you don't have kids and drive by yourself most of the time. I don't understand the manufacturers obsession with throwing in these useless jumper seats and cluttering the rear cargo space, which could be used so much more efficiently if they made it a straight floor, or at least threw a 1 foot deep plastic bin that spans door to door.
More space….? You mean less bed space. I gotta cart a kid around once in awhile. But I use the bed every single day for my little business. I love this truck. Works amazing
I have the 4x4 version and can't believe that there aren't power mirrors. Another big gripe is that it didn't come with remote start. In my opinion, a brand new 2022 should come with these standard. If I wasn't in such a bind and did my research, I would not have gotten the trim I ended up with strictly because of the backseat and no lack of remote start and basic power mirrors.
Traded my 19 WT Colorado in for this truck and so far I love it. So much more power just love the truck. But something I just can’t figure out. Like why are there no wheel well linings
Nissan needs a rear seat delete asap. I know they put jump seats in so they can call it a 4person truck but really they need to rip those jump seats clean out. Flat load floor for back backs, duffle bags, groceries or to put a dog bed back there..perfect for two people an all your stuff.
@@brianruff1133 I've owned 3 of the King Cab SV 4x4 in the previous generation and loved them. Haven't traded for the latest generation but looking. Had not thought of removing the rear seats. Great idea. What is involved?
That cab configuration, color, grill looks super sharp. U could buy this and put wheels on it and it have it look excellent. If the '24 Tacoma goes too Woke Modern than Nissan will take a big share of the market with its V6.
People need to chill with Toyota. The lore has outpaced reality at this point! If one were to do some basic consumer research, they would see that over the last 15 yrs Frontier has been every bit as reliable as Tacoma has. Nissan may make a shitty car with a bunk trans, but they got the Frontier down to a science and have for going on nearly 2 decades.

I agree, they are good truck and thank you for your insight 👍🏻
It is Nice truck!

Congratulations when you get it they are awesome trucks 👍
All the truck I need
It is a good truck 👍🏻

I agree the rear needs some work 👍

I do agree Yousaf it should
Also no visor lights and no electronic tire pressure monitoring. 😞
@@yousafkhan3893 lol that’s exactly y it’s so affordable it’s a great truck for the price. You want more buy the pro4
@@yousafkhan3893 Are you sure about that? TPMS was made mandatory on all vehicles produced after 2007
Thank you for watching today’s review let me know what you think in the comments.
U get the 4 door u lose a foot of bed!
👍
Exactly. A 5ft truck bed is useless, and forces any kind of load that does fit behind the rear axles so the truck will squat, sway, etc.
Can you put a car seat in the back ? Might be the only thing holding me back from this model as I'm expecting a little one this year.
You could but I would recommend the crew cab

It saves the companies money 😁
Love my frontier!!!
They are nice trucks 👍
Good review
Thank you 👍🏻
The truck is great but im now deaf due to the music
😁 sorry about that it’s a older video all this has been addressed, feel free to watch the new videos 👍
More extras to brake and replace. Lots of us just want a dependable work truck.
These are good truck 👍
I have king cab SV
Congratulations they are awesome

That is a great point, any extra space would good 👍🏻
I took the back jump seats out of mine, easy.

Hey Nissan just a “wild crazy” thought😎 a Nismo version with the GTR twin turbo V6… just saying… if you want to throw a wrench in the works 😂🎉🎉
@@thecamdenyard why not, we do have a TRX but it’s bigger 😁
No one's going to sit in the back seat. The area needs to offer good storage options. What's offered has too many compromises...
When we had one we did seat in the back so it depends on the family or persons needs 👍
Me gusta.
👌
Toyota Tacoma is basically the same price on the used market, and, well it's a Toyota, not a bloody Nissan.
I would rather get a new vehicle then used but both vehicles are nice 👍
