I don't understand why they have the S model at 39grand though. Markups? They are going for 32 here with 4wd. I have to keep my 2017 SV frontier. The 4.0 has a nice growl and proven. But its tempting if the bottom falls out of the market and they get desperate to sell. hahah. Great video.
@@carsunlocked Wow. I remember my first Nissan truck was a nicely configured Frontier LWB SE 2001 that cost 21K USD. Personally, I don't see the Frontier as a good buy anymore. Glad I bought my 2019 P4X when I did. Truck prices have rocketed too much for me. But if Nissan let me buy a P4X navara with the 2.3 twin turbo diesel with rear independent coil suspension I'd probably be throwing stupid money at them. At least this S has 4X4. With the exchange rate I can see them charging this much. I know in CA they do not charge huge addendums like in the states. I offered a fair deal to my local dealer and they wanted 2500 over MSRP USD plus they low balled me under 4K NADA on my 19 P4X with prem pack with only 12K miles. At which point I realized I'm going to drive my truck till the wheels fall off lol.
They knocked it out of the park with the front grille style and the steering wheel design. Those old Nissan steering wheels were terrible. Hopefully these sell like hotcakes. I want one!
No bed liner or telescope steering wheel same power plant as last year new body is all. Some are your facts are wrong 7500 lb on towing just a heads up.
My 2022 King Cab S has an alarm system and a remote start from the factory that was a 400.00 option. I also have the technology package and 4WD. mine was $34,500. better than a Tacoma
This truck doesn't get the respect it deserves. Definitely a big step from previous model. Looks great.
agreed my friend
No respect from me with that price
Surprised the s still gets car play and push button start. The safety shield is a big bonus too.
it sure is
I bought a 2022 Frontier S about a month ago! I love it

How you still liking it I got mine month ago yesterday I ended up getting sv went in wanted s but they gave a deal on sv I couldn't pas
I love my S model 4x4, love it, so fun to drive. Remember its a pickup truck not a cady
thanks for watching!
I love my 2022 PRO-4X. It is the best truck on the market. It does everything well and I average 20 mpg combined.
thanks for commenting
Just purchased one yesterday. Perfect for my camping trips....
Right on!
Seeing how cold you are reminds me of why I live in FL! But overall great video. Nice to see an in depth look at this truck.

Great truck with beautiful style.
should last a long time
Is that $40,000 Canadian? or with a mark up? It starts at about $29,000 in the States. Good job :)
wow thats cheap hear the listed MSRP is $39 998

@@carsunlocked that's crazy!

we are certainly selling them like hot cakes
Nice truck, but 40k for a base model, UGH. 😔 Thank goodness it has a good engine and transmission.
it does seem pricey when comparing to the american pricing
@@carsunlocked 😊
It’s not much better than the base bowl Tacoma that only has a 2.7i4 with 157hp to the v6 with 310 in this
Memphis TN king cab base s model was 29 I love it. Used frontiers were more money.
40 k is wrong.more like 33 to 35 k
Great video
Thanks for the visit
$39k + msrp? I'm looking at them now at $32k+ for the king cab 4x S.
Thanks for the video
Hey Bria thanks for watching. The msrp is in Canadian dollar s
@@carsunlocked Ha, I figured that out, eventually. I'm trying to find one now (S trim).
39 thousand?? Just bought the same truck for 32? I guess they are raising the prices. I’ll pass on this dealership
hey mate the price is in Canadian Dollars
39 is Canadian pricing. At todays exchange rate it is around $30K US.
I think she's a beauty
it really is

sorry sure check your facts here www.nissan.ca/vehicles/trucks/frontier/specs/compare-specs.html#modelName=King%20Cab%20S|4x4,Crew%20Cab%20PRO-4X|4x4
If you're paying 40 k for this you're in the wrong state.more like 35 k tax title etc
hey mate im canadian
40 grand and no aluminum wheels.
No remote start W / alarm.
Too pricey.
I have a 2013 SV new it was 28,000
thanks for commenting its wild how much the prices have increased over time but its still an affordable truck
My 2022 King Cab S has an alarm system and a remote start from the factory that was a 400.00 option. I also have the technology package and 4WD. mine was $34,500. better than a Tacoma
Transmission recall, already.
the recall is not on the transmission
This thing sits like a 4x2. Tacoma may be old, but at least it looks like a 4x4.
didnt realize 4x2s and 4x4s looked different
That's good for people who need to load things in the bed
And can easily be fixed for very little money
39,000 for a f**king work truck? Those damn trucks were $19,000 in 2019.
certainly prices have gone up keep in mind this is Canadian pricing
Auto 4wd if your towing? Talk about a guy who doesn’t know cars. Move your damn seat back.
hey sorry you didnt see value here ill keep the seat just where I like it
40k? To much for a base model.
thanks for commenting 40 thousand here in Canada
A bit insane entry-level model for $39,998 😟😡🤣
thats the canadian msrp
You see I don’t really like the new Nissans I like the old first generation Nissans specially the FIRST GENERATION NISSAN MURANO
Heyyyy whats wrong with new Nissans
It looks nothing like my 98 Nissan Frontier
thats crazy yours is a 98 how man cars do you have
A lot
I own a lot of cars
list them all
I don’t like change
but you changed your name
“SAFTEY” features? Proofread much?
hey thanks for catching that
For the king cab is there a rear seat delete package simmilar to the access cab tacoma? They fold up but is it easy to compleatly remove them?
unfortunately not my friend
$40,000 for a entry level truck? No thanks.
thats the canadian MSRP my friend
@@carsunlocked, I didn't realize this was in Canada. First time seeing you're RUclips.
