My guy did all that. Was progressing, we both are in similar type of tribe, I’ve made clear from the beginning I’m not looking for a fwb, he’s consistent, makes time for me, calls me daily, invests his time into me, is willing to be vulnerable even though he hates talking about feelings, is extremely attracted to me, but wouldn’t commit. He didn’t pull away. I left and he begged me to stay in his life. Said he’d do anything but commit to a relationship. We had so much chemistry, friendship, attraction, and history together. Makes no effing sense and it broke my heart.

Men can literally fall in love with you and cry over you and still rather lose you than commit. Death over commitment.

Right. It boggles my mind. I don’t understand it. This tells me they’re unable to pair bond with one person and form attachments the way I can I guess. When I’m that into someone and feel that strongly, I want to be in a committed relationship with them. It’s like they’re an entirely different species.

I had that with my best friend, everytime we met up it was sparks and perfect. (An ldr friendship) but he gave me so many reasons why it wouldn't work. Still each time we've met up so far it was spark and intimacy. The last time I couldn't do it anymore. He confused tf out of me and I didn't wanna fall deeper into someone who seems like they don't know what they want.
(That or he's just a master manipulator or player)
I'm still very hurt and feel very cautious with everyone now 😢

im 70 years young. this same thing happened to me with my last 'boyfrinds, They' were all consistant, investing a lot, taking me out a lot. 2 had proposed marriage. so, i naturally thought we were in a forever love relationship. ... until i discovered they all were hitting on other women during the time i was with each one.. so sad, what could i do but walk away. older men seem to be especially into this deceptive behavior

Me & a guy really hit it off. Our first date was a walk in the park. Our second date was at my place and we painted pumpkins, played a dating card game and made smores. One of the dating cards asked how long it takes to get into a relationship and he told me 6 month’s minimum. I dont want to wait 6 months…is he telling me that so I don’t expect anything? We havent had sex & I don’t plan on it soon

It’s been 2 months now & he’s pretty consistent. The only difference is that he flies to come see me although he’s not rich. Or I fly to him. We have also already went traveling together. Texts good morning/goodnights & his whereabouts. He also treats me like a gf, holding hands, pays for dinner, acts of services…I’m falling and idk how to make the switch…when I knew he didn’t want anything but his actions are way different than what he says.

it went on for 6 months. We travelled to 6 countries together. Acted like a couple every single day. He truly made me feel so loved & cared for. We were exclusive. I moved to his city (decision prior to him). I waited one month before sitting him down to talk. We broke up. He said that I meant a lot to him and that we were more but He wasn’t ready to be in a relationship.

@@annemarie7203I genuinely thought he was my soulmate, we also had so many coincidences/moments of faith together. I’m truly heartbroken and it’s been almost one week that we separated. @@c_yla omg sorry to hear that girl, I actually went through a similar case but it was an
8 month situationship and it took a while for us to meet because it was long distance. Our first meeting went well but one day he told me he can’t commit to a long distance and also admitted he started talking to someone else just recently his city. I felt he just played me and that I was made an option after making me believe all this time that he wanted a relationship with me. I even put in the effort to meet him in his city but he dropped me just like that 😞 when we met he also acted like a boyfriend to me so I was blindsided. I believe this girl he just started talking to has already been in the picture before we even met

@@annemarie7203I’m so sorry you’re going through this too…everyday is difficult but sometimes we have to change our perspective and believe what is meant for us will come back. It’s easier said than done because I’m struggling everyday. He invested time, effort, energy, finances in me although he was in the working class, he created this entire relationship with me only to tell me he can’t be in a relationship. I know he was struggling with his emotions but now we are here, left with barely any explanations. I’ve been having the worst time to eat, sleep, take care of myself in a new city. I’ve been wanting to text him and have him come to me. But sometimes people need space, and I’m hopping space will help him navigate his emotions. Nonetheless, he treated me well, I’m grateful for all the memories and I hope the universe protects him. If we were meant to be, we will find each other again. Stay beautiful & strong 🤍

I love your videos, but the last part is not true for me. We got all the way to #4 a committed relationship. It was really quick, but we have known each other for years. He wanted the "relationship" much faster than me, but I went with it because I really cared for him. Now, he has broken the relationship with me with No Contact because I text-bombed him. I love him dearly and wanted a life with him, but he ran away at the first sign of conflict and could not communicate. I desperately want to speak with him but have no way other than snail mail. I am convinced he is not a narcissist but more of a man who had been hurt in past relationships and shut me out because we had our first miscommunication, which I might add was really not a big deal, at least to me anyway. If I sent a letter by snail mail, it would look like I am despite or breaking his boundaries. I might add I am heartbroken!!!

you mention the tribe thing in almost all your videos and I think it's irrelevant and superficial. The "tribe" thing literally only exists in the "nerd community". In the long run, liking the same Marvel movies and debating anime is not the formula to a lasting relationship, character of a person is what determines that. I know plenty of couples who are opposite in their interests and have happy marriages. These fleeting things are only pivotal in immature relationships with young people.
