  • This video is a three hour process to show the steps that go into a committal service setup. The Burial Vault shown is a Wilbert Veteran Stainless Steel Triune, one of Wilbert Vault Company's highest quality burial vaults designed for those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
    The display of this Burial Vault is known as am Ovation, where the Burial Vault lid is angled down towards the family and friend's so the cover of the Burial Vault may be viewed easily, and if families chose to do so, they may write a final message on the cover of the Vault.
    The Stainless Steel Triune Line of Burial Vaults are a tripple reinforced Burial Vault, using a protective concrete exterior, an interior high impact plastic liner, and a stainless steel plating on the interior of the base, under the lid, and over the top of the vault which is referred to as the vault carapace. This Vault, like all Wilbert Burial Vaults, use a butyl adhesive seal in the groove of the lid to bond the tongue on the base to the groove on the Burial Vault cover.
    To all those who have served in the United States Military, Thank you for your service! Thank you for your sacrifices, for your valor, for the things you carry, for protecting us, and for defending our rights. Thank you to all our veterans for your courage, strength and dedication to keeping us safe.

    Thanks so much for posting these videos. This is exactly how my mother's grave was set up 19 years ago in a rural cemetery in Missouri. Wilbert Triune. It was all done with care and precision. Local funeral director is like extended family.

    A friend of mine died 13 years ago. His funeral took placed during a very intense winter blizzard. The weather was so bad that the final service was held inside the mausoleum in the cemetery.
    But he was buried that day. Setting up the vault must have been a challenge.

    I’ve learned so much from watching your videos. I find it so satisfying to see you take pride in honoring those who have left us. It’s behind the scenes work that you don’t even think about, but there’s so much detail that goes into it. Thank you for what you do.

    This video was so interesting to watch, and I never stopped to think how much preparedness work is done.
    Before the service, by the way, Vault was beautiful and I have seen the quality. I noticed the little opening in the lid for the person's ID etc very discrete. To the worker thanks so much for your hard dedicated work the detail was most excellent.

      I do this job alone everyday, the gravediggers here normal haul the dirt away but they use dump trailers and it was a difficult dig due to the amount of headstones in the area

    I think it's kinda strange that the canopy doesn't cover where the casket is going to be. I guess that there won't be a graveside viewing? Never seen the canopy not cover the casket, viewing or not. Hopefully nothing falls into the vault in the meantime.

    • @Illianaheadstonecareofficial

      We're notified if there will be a viewing in the cemetery, our funeral directors prefer to let the vault shine in the sun and let the family have as much shade as possible.

    Great video, Is the little thing you rollup and put in the lid of the vault something like a Time Capsule? It looks like it is a special remembrance of the deceased.

    • @Illianaheadstonecareofficial
      @Illianaheadstonecareofficial  2 месяца назад +1

      That's correct it's a seperatly sealed time capsule that houses the obituary of the deceased.

    • @WesternInfidel-sk8lv
      @WesternInfidel-sk8lv Месяц назад

      The item placed into the vault lid is an identification/obituary scroll of the deceased in the event the vault is unearthed by natual disaster or otherwise. In this way the occupant can be readily identified. There is also one in the casket lid as well.

      @@baptistabro I totally agree. If it's the dead person's wishes and money. The family should not go into debt for this. Kinda like buying a brand new car and just parking it in the garage. Just my opinion. I've already planned and paid for my passing. If family wants to do more then go ahead. I don't care I'm dead.
