Loving every minute of this build even when I got a chance to work on it, too even watching get built the other people coming in to help MR SMITH with his project....😊😊😊
Dear J.C. Smith. 👍👌👏 "Creative Gradall work"! I can't remember when but at least once I heard you saying that you're not a welder. At 9.00 min it's obvious that you're right! 😁 ;-) But you are definitely an expert Gradall operator! This versatile vehicle is the most important device on/for your properties. Best regards, luck and especially health to all 3 of you.
Being an old crack filler of some forty years JC, its a good idea to always rap the corners with weld for thats where cracks will start, great project.
The cab looks great on the frame even when you set the weight of the engine and transmission on the frame it looks great. You might can go with a little taller tire and still have clearance in the fenders. Again I love where this build is going JC.
J.C, U cut that frame channel in half height. I'd had done 3/4. Lots of forces at the rear spring shackle. Lateral too from steering. I'd reinforce now de frame over the front wheels with an angle iron on the inside x2, n long enough. Nice n educational show. Thanx
Are you going with 19.5 or 22.5 LowPro? There is a fellow down near Parkersburg that has one like that and he has it painted with Black Imron paint and polished alum wheels. It has a 20 foot aluminum EBY livestock body on it and it really looks sharp. You two are having too much fun.
I had no clue about monitoring the changes in the frame when welding. Picturing how the structural elements are going to fit while figuring out the steering is really interesting
*Really enjoying this build J.C!* 😎👍 This is gunna be one of a kind when it's done. Nice work on the cab mounts 🔧

Dear Mr. And Mrs. Smith: y'all do not make enough videos. Please share more?!?!?!
👍👌👏 Yes!
Best regards, luck and health in particular.
it all takes time. this has been a very labor intensive project. videos will be slow going until the frame is complete.
😎👍
Great video J.C.Smith really enjoy the build so far. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Mr & Mrs J.C.Smith.
From an art standpoint, the front fenders not matching the radius of the wheels is much better.
JC are you boxing in the frame in ? for added strength
Tell us the Brand and model of welding helmet
OK, you mentioned the welding helmet, but did not say the brand
Is it possible to flip the axle over the springs?
i have seen people do it but there isnt a mounting pad on the bottom for the springs to seat.
