Seriously, though. This was such an impressive game. It excelled in improving upon every gameplay mechanic that was limited in Asylum. That Calendar Man Easter Egg was top notch. My favorite game. Period.
Best game in the series. Origins probably had the better story, but the gameplay suffered from imprecise controls and limited movement, with some odd design choices overall. Asylum was a tighter story, but it was clearly a bit undercooked in terms of gameplay. Knight was just a mess from almost every standpoint. Graphics aside (the only thing it really has over the other ones), it suffered from schizophrenic gameplay, a derivative story and terrible characterization

The only trophy I needed to unlock the platinum was the calendar man. I remember refusing to use any hints and videos to help me so I gave up and totally forgot about it when the next game came out on PS3 (Arkham Origins). And then the next on PS4 (Arkham Knight). I was so close to figuring it out because the dialogue changed on Saint Patrick's day in real life and thought to myself "how could he know that??" Me and my buddy were beyond perplexed, and then I took a look at the the date on the PS3 and figured it out. I changed the dates to all of the holidays in the United States with each having new and different dialogues, but still nothing happened. I am genuinely at peace with knowing how to unlock the calendar man trophy even though I don't have the game nor the PS3 anymore. A job well done Rocksteady, awesome games making awesome memories.
They had a sale on it on while back. All 3 Arkham games for like $15. I bought it and i probably will replay it soon. I wish Origins was included. I loved that one too.

There's a Dark theory: Harley Quinn *WAS pregnant* but when she attacked Batman at the beginning of the game and he slammed her into the ground she miscarriaged. It would explain why some test read positive and why some read negative and may also add extra motivation to kill Batman in the Harley quinn DLC alongside avenging her puddin'. But that's just my head canon 😝
Shes always doing flips and stuff so that probaly caused a miscarriage and she couldn't have a miscarriage because it's not alive until your stomach starts to get big and then shed know if she was pregnant and stop doing crime for 9 months so she wasnt pregnant

Im currently replaying through the Arkham series. Finished City a week ago and moved onto Origins. Already knew most except for the Scarecrow inmates, seeing Hush at the beginning. These games are as great as they were when they were released, I only wish Origins got a current generation re-release.

Arkham City is definitely the best Batman game. I really loved the Scarecrow Easter eggs. They really fit games atmosphere perfectly and made it even creepier
The pregnancy test bit. You missed how you find one postive test in the main story. But the scarface puppet in the crib is surrounded by negative tests during the dlc set two weeks after the main game. It could be that, in her grief in losing Joker, she lost their baby too.
Another one that I’m pretty sure is well known, at the first part where you see black mask, if you look up at one of the buildings you can see Azrael watching you
The Killer Croc cameo limit is a myth. While it does make sense story wise to find him before circling back to the train station you can do it anytime even after completing the story,. I have done this multiple times myself. It is impossible to miss him.

It’s surprising how well this game ran on the Wii U, especially when you consider that the Wii U version of the game came with all of the bonus content as standard.
In the game you come across a florist shop named "Baudulaire's" If you read the sign you discover that the shop was owned by Pamela Isely (Poison Ivy) This shop can also be seen in Batman TAS.

I absolutely loved Arkham Knight despite its problems story-wise but I always mourned the decision to not follow through with that pregnancy plot thread. Obviously the kid wouldn’t be old enough to be an adversary or anything but it really sounded like a cool idea of some kid kind of being expected to carry Jokers legacy
The only problem with the Arkham games is that they made Batman a terminator without any emotions, and also too invincible. I've never seen Batman defeat ALL of his enemies (or most of them) during the same night with just a couple of scratches and with no help like he does in all of the Arkham games. Also he is so cold and emotionless even with his allies that he it's hard to relate to him to the point that from badass he looks more like boring and dull at some point.
Did you not play Arkham knight where he quit a few scenes with emotion especially in Arkham city just so you know. Also if you remember Batman broke his arm during the fight with joker on top of the asylum and he was literally dying got cut beat up very badly knocked out of a window almost got caught in a few explosions and took damage just so you know

If rocksteady creates a new Batman game they should try to creat a lot of different options for how to complete the level, they should also keep the Batmobile/The Tumbler but not make you spend half the game in the car. And maybe even add in a few more types of enemy’s

It really is, I got the collection the other day for 15 quid and its graphics are phenomenal.
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the Return to Arkham remaster everything from the new models to the lighting.

Fun fact if you use the cryptographic sequencer at any spot it will take you to where you can listen in on radio frequencies if you set the marker to (486.14)(700.12) and (902.42)(499.99) and (506.18)(200.15) you will get three number sequence if you match each number to the letters of the alphabet you get a message from scarecrow saying (I WILL RETURN BATMAN), (YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ME), and (GOTHAM CITY WILL REIGN WITH FEAR)

If rocksteady creates a new Batman game they should try to creat a lot of different options for how to complete the level, they should also keep the Batmobile/The Tumbler but not make you spend half the game in the car. And maybe even add in a few more types of enemy’s
