The entire game is just waiting inside of Wonder Tower for hours, and eventually Batman comes to you and then with a single button press Hugo just suplexes Batman off the tower to win Ra's Al Ghul's respect. It's not much, but you can't honestly say it would be worse than Suicide Squad.

26:35 The Remote Claw In Arkham Origins is The REC From Batman Arkham City. I just watched Degenerate Jay's video on best Arkham gadgets. He said you can grapple multiple enemies at once, you can instant ko an enemy to a gargoyle and grapple stuff to an enemy with the remote claw.
I think the Shock Gloves will do more work, but definitely for Predator, it’s useful for the challenge. He could use the Tightrope and Zipline takedowns for them

I believe the reason for why you were able to take down the Lieutenants and the Titans, is because you were attacking them in the manner that they normally would be damaged by, and/or the armor simply didn’t work the same on them. For the Titan, they are ordinarily stunned by the explosive gel, and so are normal thugs, so perhaps that’s the thing that got them. For Mr. Hammer, he normally gets damaged by Titan (as do normal armored thugs), he gets damaged by the cars (same as normal armored thugs), and then upon the final hit, he is able to be taken out. Within the game code, I figure it’s looked at as the same as you on the end of your normal beat down, so the state that he’s in is entirely different than his normal armored state. I imagine those are the reasons, but that’s just speculation. Also for Origins (you may already have done this/know this), you can do the Special Combo Explosive Gel into Multi Ground Takedown to takedown most foes, and it’s easier to get that quick Combo Boost again with the Shock Gloves (although in saying THAT, the Shock Gloves probably do work anyway)
Thoughts before watching the video. In my experience beat down is flatout broken. By the end of it, everyone just politely backs off. Not saying its impossible to get hit while using it...
I'd say, just like vault 101 forced roach kill, I would not count pure tutorial section into the challenge given that 99/100 tomes you don't have access to all your utility.
I think it might. I'm trying to look into Origins and Knight to see what codes are usable, but I haven't been able to find the right files yet. For City I looked into the Global Persistent Data Cooker file and took note of the booleans. Haven't yet been able to find where those are listed in Origins and Knight though :/
Is it possible to create an Arkham City challenge where every unarmed enemy becomes armed with a gun/sniper? Probably would make some combat sections really hard/impossible but I would love to try it out
I've been trying to figure out how to do that for a while but nothing I've tried so far has worked. It probably requires further modding than just the basic cheat menu, but I definitely want to try that challenge out someday
I get you had to turn the code off for the Ras fight, but you still could've attepted the spirit of the challenge by only using beatdowns. Maybe you did, but you didnt make that clear if you did

Counters damage the armored enemies in Arkham Origins. As well as you can use critical counters on them.
