But, after years of a low-sugar diet, I felt the need to find an alternative that was less sugary.
And honestly, a healthier alternative
With only 2 main ingredients, this recipe is very simple to prepare.
You need:
200g roasted hazelnuts
70g chocolate 40% cacao, sugar-free
Optional but recommended
a pinch of salt
vanilla extract
Just blend everything in intervals of 1 minute because the composition heats up.
After 2-3 minutes, depending on your blender, the healthy and sugar-free homemade Nutella is ready!
