Thank you Mr. Brewer. You`ve changed my game. Investing in tools and get rid of useless and highly paid helpers changed my thinking. Greetings from germany.
2/3/23; BIG Fireball Vice & your monster column! Close up 'arc filming' Flux core with only Classical sounds & your (sparse) voice over...very 'up-scale' contrasts, aye? Where else do we find a spotless welding shop, best tools available (from Jason at Fireball) while listening to Classical Orchestral music & watching JD make that 'silver puddle' slink along a seam? But wait...I saw his Tuxedo under his leather vest! Yup, JD makes 'Mig majic' with Masterful Music! No contradictions here (welding vs music)...just competence! Excellent video production JD, efficient editing, interesting background: high end fixture table, unique 45° 'fat' triangles for EZ clamping & lots of other eye-catching specialized tools (Fireball). A+ JD!👍👍👍👏👏💪👷⚙️🛠😊
Glad you caught all that! Every where you look in my shop you will see or even trip over fireball tools. I can't work without them, they solve so many problems. I hope to make more interesting videos like this one. Thanks for watching!
@@jdbrewer6638 Jd, 1st saw you with Jody on welding T&T as he & u did few projects, & your Mezine elevated walk inside some fab shop. Then Fabcon Vegas, then Jimmy Diresta then lost trak! Now this video; Wow, yur shop is definitely 1st class not only by yur cleanliness but wall-to-wall Fireball tools but also great Classical background music 🎶, rare voice over thus letting the visuals & your hard work 'do the talking'! Give us more! Who else on YT welding channel has Classical music 'floating' while welder wears his Tuxedo?🤔LoL!
@James Cole thanks for following along for so long! I will be putting out more videos. Thanks for saying my ship is clean, it hasn't been like that for long. Thanks alot for watching
I get that early diresta vibes from this video. I'm planning to get that square fat combo square soon. It's nice seeing someone make something for themself. Thanks for the video
Just a beauty of a vise everyone wished to have. Excellent welding and this definitely won't break. Comes in handy such a lasermachine. Makes it all the more perfect. I am a bit of jealous though😁😅 Excellent piece of crafstmanship I loved to watch. A brutal great vise. Greetz from Holland, Marcel Knippers.
Thank you! It is an honor to have such great tools that fireball tool makes in the shop to work with. They really make working a pleasure. Cheers to Holland 🇳🇱 thanks for watching!
People give me stuff like that because they hate to throw it away. I can't toss it either and I love it when I find a good use for it. Really makes the build fun when you use something you've had for years and find the perfect job for it! Thanks for watching.
Good job and good design idea. That will be the topic of conversion sitting there in your shop whenever some walks by it. Jason owes you some advertising dollars now.
Have you seen the prices at Disney World lately? It’s crazy! Sorry the music made me think of that Disney movie Fantasia. Glad to see some new videos, great job.
The music is also used very well in the movie "V for Vendetta" which has tons of similarities to the world today. I encourage everyone to watch that movie. I hope to put out more regularly, thanks for watching!
Been a rough week, thanks for the great video JD, my buddy bought one of these on the pre order deal,it's a big big vise. He needs to build a stand for his.Hope your doing well, and maybe put some more videos out.
Hope you have a better weekend. He definitely needs to build a beefy stand to make sure that beast doesn't fall over! I will try to put more out, thanks for watching.
What height from the floor to the bottom of the base of the vise? I just got my vise two days ago, I’m making a stand my self soon. Thanks! You did a good job with yours!
Are you spraying or is that short circuit, looks like it was burning in nice. Would like to see some shots with the arc sound in the audio, don't get me wrong I love the music choice.
Great build. The arc shots and slag peal shots were awesome. Looked like you were using dual shield flux core. Were you? Nice paint job on it as well. Love your choice of music too. Nothing like combining some classical music with some welding. What was that piece?
Wish I could take credit for it but I bought it. Bought it for drilling into pipe. It is meant to be secured with a chain from the bottom around pipe. This is a secondary use I've found for it that works really well. I think with the drill and base combo it was around $600, 10yrs ago.
Should of used some bondo to smooth out your welds. Would of liked to of seen a better paint job I have never seen a red flame... could of gone with a camouflage paint scheme over the entire stand so no one would ever have to see it
Thank you Mr. Brewer.

Absolutely beautiful work, happy to see you back, you did an amazing job
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching!
Those weld puddle shots were the best I've seen, the slag peel was just icing on the cake! Yum!!!
Thanks, it's very hard to capture an arc shot. Especially dualshield fluxcore. Hopefully I will get better at it, thanks for watching!
the music gives me the AvE vibes , bravo .

Good to see new content. Hope you continue with the content, tell Jody hi from a very satisfied costumer.
I will pass that along to him! And I will try to upload more regularly
From Mexico 🇲🇽 super heavy duty, vs fireball vise the best hard to break
Nice build. Like the scrapper for the dros, and the die shoe upper and base.

It's spray transfer dualshield fluxcore. I do a voice over with no music and all the sounds on welderskills.com
perfect!!!
Glad you think so! Thanks for watching!
Great video...
Nice vice, nice build. Music was bit dramatic, though.
Thanks. I'm a bit dramatic too. Thanks for watching

Thanks! It is very difficult to get those arc shots. Yes, it was all .o45 dualshield fluxcore. Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture
👍
Very good
Awesome build. You run straight CO2 for dual shield?
Thanks! I run the same 75/25 I run for mig.

Yes, it's another new shop. I move around alot
