Love the music with the seed of video. I'm amazed at how much I pick up, or at least think I pick up from watching pro's work. I like not having it all spoon fed to me and just watching you do your thing. I think some channels get overboard with the voiceovers trying to make sure the weakest link get it too. I like this style better.
Thanks I appreciate it... there's enough talking, I don't need to add any more noise...annnnnd I'm too lazy to do that much work in editing 🤣 thanks for watching
Great JD. I see something new every time I watch you work. Fun watching you find the right fireball square combinations for the legs. I do the same thing in my shop. Very funny. Cordially, David Charleston, SC
Working under an object while suspended by crane is dangerous be safe. Hey man you build awesome things don’t need you to get hurt . Nylon straps not to strong when put at a corner pull stress . Thanks keep up the go work👍.
I really enjoy your videos, you always come up with really good ways to construct projects. I also enjoy your videos with Jody. I Have never seen a video about shooting aluminum wire out of the ESAB 285ic, without a spool gun. There is not much in their owners manual about it. There are settings in the machine, and specific drive rolls for this purpose. I'd love to get you guys' take on the subject. That would be original and informative content. Keep up the good work!
Thank you, I will look into it. Running aluminum out of the machine without a push-pull gun is difficult... I'm sure the rollers and liner would have to be changed but that still makes it hard to push aluminum +10'
@@jdbrewer6638 I'm on the fence about buying a spool gun for my 285ic, or trying to run it out of the machine. ESAB's information is scant, and the guys at the welding shop are helpful, but not real world welders. I'd feel more confident in my choice if you guys could say either way. Making the comparison between the two options, like you guys did with Dualshield/short circuit MIG, would make a good vid. So full discloser: My appeal to original and informative content is not altruistic. As if you hadn't guessed that already. Thanks!

nice one JD,a quick question if you have time mate . What is the best stick inverter welder you have found that will run off of dirty power like a small generator, i only need it to run 3/32" 7018 to do on site repairs and stuff builld the occasional shed.
@@jdbrewer6638 ok thanks the 210 would be a good alrounder but a little over $2500 here, found a little licoln 170s invertec going to check if it would run of a generator.
Were you ever able to get the Lincoln 210mp to do spray transfer with hardwire, and have you ever run dual shield flux core with it? If I could pick your brain? Thanks
JD Brewer, I figured it needed more power. I weld at work with .045 flux core everyday. Trying to find 11lb rolls of flux core here in Canada seems to be hard for some reason. It would be great to have at home on the 210mp.
@@jdbrewer6638 Thank for your response. I'm a newb to metal fabrication, so am I safe to assume that since this is a 'shop fixture' and not a piece of living room furniture it's OK to leave the mill scale on? Or was the piece blasted and/or flap disced/scotch brighted and acetone washed prior to lacquering? Thanks again.
Nice job sir. When I was watching the part with the plates and cutting out for the angle iron, I was like wow, what a great idea. Hey wait a minute did he radius the inner angle or cut it straight? Did you have any troubles fitting them?
Like the channel, you always do great work, but don't think the music goes well with video and would have been nice to get to see the see the finished product.
Classical music and welding. There's a combination I never thought would go together but it does. Great video.
Two things you can not have enough of, Fireball Tool squares and clamps! Nice work as always JD.
Where did u go man…. I miss the fabrication videos
My god, the Music is breath taking! I love your creativity in putting the squares to suite your needs. Very nice video.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it

Awesome build. The fireball tips are excellent
Thanks, I appreciate it 👊👊
Those tools are some real good quality
Enjoyed watching you play a game of tetris with the fireball squares!
Well organised setup you have there! Loved the music and what a nice work bench, man I can do with one of those!
Thanks for watching!
Great work like usual JD 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Another great video & work table too .
Thanks alot!
great build and even better music
Thank you!
Sir! where did you go? miss your videos
Awesome work JD! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks Fred! Thanks for the support
Back to Ironworker/Welder classical music. Messes me up. The William Tell Overture?
Very Nice Sir !!!!!!! Subscribed... No Pressure !
I swear JD. your going to make me spend money on some of those squares!
Don't do it unless you like doing better quality work while working easier!
@@jdbrewer6638 That's why I bought a set after seeing you use them. They make life a lot easier.

Hello from Russia. You have a very good channel. When will the new videos be released? Thanks for your answer.

Good job. I smashed the notification 🔔
Great fab work as always, seems a lot of the machines in your shop are gone? And your welding with red instead of yellow.
It's an old video, like a year ago.... that's what the shop is empty

Mp210 or a rebel 215 are great... ahp makes some good little stick and tig machines but I haven't run it off a generator like the 210 and 215.

Get ready man I'm sure if you keep these videos up .. in fact you might want a film editing empoyee. love the soundtrack
I hate painting. Glad you can do it so fast, like Flash Gordon, only with a badass beard.
Haha I wish I was that fast at painting
Just out of curiosity.... You coped out the table top frame, but not the cross members. Why is that?
Little did we know that this would be the last video...
Hi JD, I’m looking for some 7” cutoff disks to use with my 7” angle grinder, which brand would you recommend?
Metabo slicer plus.... if you can find them. 7" is an odd size
JD, do you prefer the aluminum or iron fireball squares?
What square and what material type do you find yourself using the most? It’s hard to pull the trigger without having something to look and hold.
Were you ever able to get the Lincoln 210mp to do spray transfer with hardwire, and have you ever run dual shield flux core with it? If I could pick your brain? Thanks
No, needs more amperage than 200 amps... that's way I'd use fluxcore, similar welds but within the machines range

Hey JD, what are you spraying on table towards the end of the video? Looks like you are spraying directly over the mill scale.
I was, it was a can of black lacquer.

what kind of headphones you using? like 'em? i'm looking for a good pair
Nice build JD. You back in your old shop? Thought you were in a shop with a overhead crane?
I moved back... things change and it was a better deal to move back. I do miss that crane

How thick is the metal on your table top?
.25" on the table top
JD, what flux core wire do you run on your 210 mp?
