ToT, seen most of your vids, yer a nut! Love every minute learnin’. You convinced me to TIG, Justin convinced me on my welder (PrimeWeld). Life is grand when you can waste time watching vids and learning cool stuff. You both rock, and thanks for your content!
Justin, good to see you back. Have a bench just like yours. Awesome piece of gear for the shop. I use mine for woodworking and welding. The grinding bench looks fabulous and the luggage combination made me laugh 👍.
First off, your table is wicked sick. Second, the place that cut the tube was insane! Third, I'm realizing by watching you that my fab game is still in the Stone Age. Forth, BIGGER DOOR!! And finally fifth, HANDRAIL on the freaking stairs!!!! Safety Brotha' I love your videos and the way you present!!
Any possibility that you will sell the plans for this table. I'm totally impressed on your build. Or did you just think this up in your head and go from there? Nice video!
Would have been cheaper to just put in a bigger door, but I strongly support the creativity in building something as awesome as you have here. Good day sir
We are getting a tube laser this November. It will be the Bystronic one that is at the fabtech show this year then after the show it is being delivered to our shop
I would LOVE to see a video on the tube machine doing it's business!! lol.. Seriously, I'd like to see how the business works from walking in the door to doing the job and costs. Also, where are you??
I've seen this a couple of times, as well as other of your vids, and have a suggestion. On my (woodworking) table I built a stool and it swings around one of the legs on a hinge. So, why not bend a 1" round stock to fit into a socket that is welded to one of the legs. It bends 90 deg out then 90 deg up. A socket welded to a plate (your diameter) then slips onto it which allows it to spin - by hand. The top of the plate is even with the top of the table. You now have a turntable that facilitates round part welding - even if it is manual. And it is removable. How great is that! There when you need it, gone when you don't. Of course you could accidentally modify it by using longer sockets and make a stool out of it (seat would be lower but still can be used as a low turntable), like mine, and have a double duty setup.
that's a neat build, never seen a table with holes before in England.Just welded a sheet of plate steel on top of a steel table frame.Any fixtures and jigs just welded to the plate and grind off after.
Nice table! I need to build myself a fixture table for my home workshop. We have one at work that is circular and on bearings; so it spins! It' quite useful when welding big stuff. It also means you can stay sat down, haha!
I built my fixture table. 36x52in 5/8" thick top. 5/8" holes on 2". The frame is 1.5x3" .25 tube with threaded studs sticking up on 8" centers. The top sits on the studs with nuts underneath and bolts on top that thread in the center of the studs so the top can be adjusted for flatness. Its on 1200lb casters, weights 600lbs and has legs that screw down if i need them. Top is in 3 sections I milled the edges and drilled all the holes on my Bridgeport. Its a blend of fireball tools welding table and the Stronghand Rhino cart. I bought the studs from Fireball tool.
Wow I think your production is getting so much better. I'm very happy for you and hope you continue to grow into a greater show. I have my own DIY and Motorsport channel. I'm inspired.
I'd be really keen if you can make the plans available for download, I'd love to make one too, but I can only weld so I'd need to outsource the cutting. Plans and cad files would make that 10x easier and faster! Thanks, great vid!
Just an idea for future builds, if the square tubes for the legs were cut on only three sides, then they could be folded into place and welded instead of a handful of pieces (yes/no). Great video and table design. Thanks.
Now that right there is a fab table Precision Tubing! like WOW bugger all waist cut time is there but the part you had hold of 20 seconds that's insane if only had well one is allowed to dream keep up with your fab videos and the ones on how to charge just great thanks one other thing the music you play in some of your videos just great also unlike some other ones that try to put you to sleep cheers
Man'''' I could quite easily have that table In my dining room to eat off! It is fricking awesome bud. Great job and a great video, I have learnt a lot from your videos and for that I thank you dearly 😁👍👍👍👍👏
Sweet tube cutter, and nice build! So cool that it's local. Gotta check out Richards Fab in Ogden Utah too (no personal connection, I've just seen what they've been able to make on their 5-axis(?) machine). They have the ability to, for instance, bevel tubes when cut to save on prep work.
Great vid, great concept design, let down not wearing sleeves for welding ( radiation burn) am now motivated to make my own custom table as I see a really flexible product that I can't buy, top stuff
I'm super impressed, and jealous. I think the hole is brilliant! Damn! I want one of those. Too bad I can't afford your work... LOL Man, that tool is fast!
P&O is strictly a finish process of the steel. It is still just hot rolled A-36 plate. Pickled and Oiled to remove the mill scale and create the nice finish. So to answer your question it would be used so you have little to no surface cleaning other than wiping away the oil. Surface finish similar to cold rolled at less cost.
great build! and handy looking table!
When RUclipsrs collide :o
When are your next video coming?
ToT, seen most of your vids, yer a nut! Love every minute learnin’. You convinced me to TIG, Justin convinced me on my welder (PrimeWeld). Life is grand when you can waste time watching vids and learning cool stuff. You both rock, and thanks for your content!
Would like to see welding bucket adapters on to a 1yd 30,000 lb excavator bucket. :-D
TOT where have you been??? :( hope all is well
Please do a video on Precision Tubing! Gotta see more of that machine in action!
The added complexity to this project was a great reminder of why I built a double wide door between the sections of my shop.
That has to be the beefiest folding leg setup I've ever seen, love it!!! Looking forward to seeing it in future videos!
I'll tell you how this build went down ..... Genius, absolute genius. Really really well designed and executed.
Pretty dang slick incorporating the floor mat into your grinding table to help hold the work piece.👍
Nice work there Justin! Looks awesome!
That's an extremely well-designed table! Thanks for sharing the concept and describing your use cases for it.
What a stunning looking bit of kit, outstanding
I like the hatch in the middle, great Idea.
I made my own as well. 4ftx4ft 1/2" steel plate. Drilled all (576 holes i think) the holes with a mag drill. Fun weekend 🤣
Awesome build! I’d love to have one of those tables 👍🏻
Justin you are obnoxiously good at welding. Great job!!

Now that's a nice table! Please do a video on precision tube laser when possible.
Any possibility that you will sell the plans for this table. I'm totally impressed on your build. Or did you just think this up in your head and go from there? Nice video!
Do you sell the kit
I would buy one
Simply amazing! The table. The Video production.. Your explanations and passions. Why even the music is especially fitting; a triumphant score.
That base is epic! Nice job!
That is a badass table!
Dude!!! That looks great! Thank you for sharing your process on this. 🙂
really cool design/build!
That tube cutter is awesome
Nice table your quite talented the way you can design and build keep the videos coming
Welding those square tubes without clamping them down lol you’re a wild man
Just made a new workshop and this was on my list to catch up on. It's a sign I tell ye!
Great job man! Technology is awesome.
SUPER SICK TABLE !!!!!
I think you would have saved money opening the doorway up, but I love watching some metal work so good call
Super awesome table build!! Your design skills are top notch.
Bringing videos to a whole new level !!! Awesome work Justin 💯
Wow! Kool stuff man!!!
Awesome Table 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
justin is so cool to watch, keep going dude..
well Done Justin !!!!!

Great looking table you put together!
Nice work as always
Excellent work!!!!!
This build is just a piece of art ! Any idea of the final cost and if the cnc file for the clamping table can be downloaded somewhere ?
NICE, love this table
That music beat was tuff. I’m definitely making a similar leg support for my other welding table
Awesome build Justin! Sweet design man!!!!
Nice fixture table! I like the design a lot especially that you can reduce the footprint to store it.
Nice jumbos garage mig holder love your work and fabricating skills
Great video again mate👍🏽
Great build, heavy duty, easy rolling.
I would LOVE to see a video on the tube machine doing it's business!! lol.. Seriously, I'd like to see how the business works from walking in the door to doing the job and costs. Also, where are you??

Great table! Perfect for small areas
Beautiful make

I hope one day i have enough skill to build like you. GoodNess that is really incredible.
very nice, love the heim joint

I have to tell you, man! Just 1:34 into the video and I realize you're a damn good teacher! Thanks for sharing!
Wow I think your production is getting so much better. I'm very happy for you and hope you continue to grow into a greater show. I have my own DIY and Motorsport channel. I'm inspired.
This was an awesome build!!!, i hope to have a plasma table one day
NICE! That is AWESOME! I love your mods. Very efficient.
Love it man that’s a great table!
such a badass build man! awesome job!
Stunning table 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
YES! More tube lasers!. Awesome work as usual.
Good work man
Really awesome 👏🏻 thank you for sharing

Awesome build!
A lot of good consideration went into this
Yes,I want to see more!
Absolutely awesome
nice project and skills. congrats!
“I have the same combination on my luggage “ funny movie line.
"We're combing the desert sir"
Just an idea for future builds, if the square tubes for the legs were cut on only three sides, then they could be folded into place and welded instead of a handful of pieces (yes/no). Great video and table design. Thanks.
This channel is amazing

Great Build 👍

Had a tray in the middle for your chicken nuggets
Very nice table.
Congratulations for the incredible build... Don´t forget to patent it... If I lived in the States I would buy one from you!

Want! (Just wish I had enough room for everything!) Great table.
So wish I could buy this as a kit. I dont see getting this type of parts by hand no matter how good you are that precision.
Nice design if you need the utility of the folding feature. Glad I have a big shop with big doors.
Looks overbuilt, I love it.
Very impressive!
Nice keep up the good work
That was Awsome well done
Really clever design. Is it yours and would you be willing to share plans?
Also, was a specific reason for using the P&O plate for the top?
P&O is strictly a finish process of the steel. It is still just hot rolled A-36 plate. Pickled and Oiled to remove the mill scale and create the nice finish. So to answer your question it would be used so you have little to no surface cleaning other than wiping away the oil. Surface finish similar to cold rolled at less cost.
Excellent project ! Excellent video ! :):):)
I like this. I just have 2 10" plates I incorporated into my table. Nice video
Very well designed table. You should patent it than sell WIY kits to build it (Weld It Yourself) ;-)
Love it, exactly what I would love to have. Any chance of getting the plans just to the actual table. I don’t need the cool collapsing legs 👌
Great job! Please do a full-on John Saunders style tour/video on the Precision tube laser shop.
Wish you had a set of plans for that table. I'd love to build one just like it for my home garage here in Australia..
You are to fabrication what Van Halen is to rock 'n roll my friend.
great result
Love all the content! Keep it up
