I remember when a Dev made a response to a question about FNAF being a possibility and they said no. They didn’t think that FNAF was a good addition to DBD because it was seen as a kids game at the time. This was around year 3 or 4 of the game, the dev was named McLean btw. This led to a huge argument at the time with DBD and fnaf community about what can and can’t be in the game.
People need to learn that just because it’s popular with children doesn’t mean it’s for children. FNAF was less for children then than it is now arguably.
Another point to add is that Scott Cawthon has said in a very recent interview that he is very protective of his brand, that the brand integrity is what's most important to him. And that if he does collabs, that he wants FNaF to stay as FNaF as possible, and feeling like it belongs. There is absolutely no way he would settle with simply just cosmetics. Also, nice! Another person who really wants an original Pirate chapter!
Scott is gonna be real disappointed when he sees one of his characters get made fun of, looped, and t bagged relentlessly. So much for "horror" every icon added to this game is made a joke almost immediately ☠️
FNaF was literally how i found out about DBD 3 years ago, no joke. I happened to see a video in my feed that was a concept chase theme for springtrap in dead by daylight, i think it was made by bird flox. Somebody in the comments said something about a DBD dev wanting him in the game, so i looked up what the game was and was intrigued. Been dying to see this chapter ever since. 2025.

FNAF is a nice addition. I still hope we get a Slenderman chapter. I know it’s not as popular anymore. It’s just one of my wish killers I think he could be a great killer, cool powers and some mechanic with his pages. Maybe give him very high movement speed while no one has direct line of sight within 20m of him. Maybe just some type of teleport where he appears near a random survivor within a certain radious. Would definitely be a lullaby killer with the iconic track.
Some fnaf haters also try to make the point that "Fnaf is for kids therefore it wouldn't fit in DbD" which... is untrue, Fnaf isn't for children but it became popular with kids due to the recognizable mascots, gaming RUclipsrs and other variables. But if you stop to think about the story, it's pretty fucked up and not at all something kids should be infatuated by, also if they wouldn't fit because they're animatronic mascots therefore aren't horrifying enough (excluding springtrap who should be the most reasonable choice for a killer) how does clown in a Chicken or Pink Elephant costume fit? Yeah it's creepy if you THINK about it but on surface value just looks silly....same thing with the animatronics, freddy may look friendly at first but if you think about it, a robot possessed by a child who was murdered by a psycho isn't exactly silly. Some even try to say Springtrap wouldn't fit which... makes no sense, he's literally a rotting corpse inside of a suit, what's not horrifying about that? Just give him a more tuned up design and he'll literally be unsettling to look at up close.
My Prediction for the Chapter is the following... - The Killer is Springtrap aka William Afton - The Survivor is Henry Emily - The Map is the UCN Location - The Power will probably be a mix of Xenomorph, Singularity, and Ghostface, in the way that Survivors will be a able to place down Security Cameras like Xeno Turrets and can check them like a Biopod to reveal Sprintrap out his power. They will probably add a power mechanic where if it depleted then survivors are jumpscared. -With the following power they can add most character as a legendary skin for him = more money.

I'd go for The Trapper as the Killer since he's the most iconic in that game, and Dwight Fairfield can be the survivor. And a good map for this would definitely be the MacMillan Estate. That would be my dream chapter come true. Jokes aside, since previously had an R6S, PUBG and For Honor collab, I'd say a Call of Duty paragraph with John "Soap" MacTavish, Captain Price and Frank Woods as a Legendary sets, and a few Zombies boss sets for the killers, I think that would be pretty dope. It'd really appeal to real gaming gamers, you know? The Xboxers and all that.
FYI it probably wasn‘t just BHVR not trying to get FnaF that made it take so long. Turns out the license being owned by „one guy“ doesn‘t make it much easier. Scott is himself more protective over where FnaF „fits“ than BHVR is for what fits into DBD. The exception being mutually beneficial collaborations (The FnaF Movie or anything Funko, while a Fortnite Collab wouldn‘t really do much for FnaF itself). What is quite common these days is for Scott to essentially outsource the FnaF Story to a different party to allow for more varied storytelling (FnaF AR, the Steel Wool Series and now Into The Pit), and, besides Fan Request, this might be why FnaF is coming now; *There is a solid chance that, somehow, the Chapter will be canon to the FnaF Storyline.* At least I hope so, that‘d be awesome
On the topic of unexpected licenses: I actually felt like Dracula was inevitable, given what BHVR has said about wanting the game to be a hall of fame of horror. But I always assumed we’d get an original version of Dracula based on the book to circumvent licensing, maybe with legendary licensed skins. Dracula being licensed and being from the Castlevania games as well as the curveball for me. Now I can return to begging for more classic monsters, so please BHVR add The Wolf Man and Frankenstein’s Monster 🙏🏻
Even now weeks later I’m still in disbelief of my dream chapter getting added, me and multiple of my friends are and I have a friend who’s never been into DbD who’s considering to get it because of this chapter
My advice to them: Don't get it JUST for the fnaf chapter. Not only would you be missing a lot, but this may or may not even be your kinda game. Do some look around, watch Experienced players, etc. and see if it's really the kind of game you're willing to commit to.

But just imagine a reality where, somehow, SEGA gave the devs permission to create their own iteration of a "Spooky sonic" (kinda like what they did for Ghostface or the ringu chapter with yoichi). Would also be an interesting way to represent an important part of online horror history (creepypastas) and get a non-horror license in the game. You have no idea how happy I was the day I found out that FNAF is going to come to DBD. I'm so happy so happy that I'm going to do a special Springtrap animation hunting the survivors. ❤
FNAF has been my number 1 pick since I started playing this and it's been an uphill battle since. From people bashing the idea of FNAF being in DBD "It doesn't fit." or "It'll never happen." or even "It's just a dumb kids game." and many other things that were said. With each chapter that passes it seems more and more bleak, with no sign of FNAF coming to the game. And then with how Scott Cawthon(Creator of the game) saying a while back he wasn't interested in crossovers. All these combined made FNAF coming to DBD feel more and more impossible, leaving many to give up. But I held out hope that somehow someway it would happen and I'm so glad I never gave up, cause it made it feel all the more better when I saw that single imagine on Twitter, Dead by Daylight X Five Nights at Freddy's. I don't care if I have to wait an entire year for it to come out, I've waited this long, I can wait another year. So with that I leave with one final note, my bank account is going to be crying come Summer of 2025.
I don't care for FNAF, but I respect the games and it's importance in media and I also respect Scott. In general, the franchise does deserve to be in DBD due to how much popularity is behind it (hopefully this paves way to a COD Zombies chapter with Brutus as the Killer and Edward Richthofen as the Survivor)

I wonder if F13 is going to be bigger than FNAF for DbD. Obviously Jason is The Guy when we're talking slasher films but would as many new players come to DbD just for him? I feel most people who would be incredibly hyped for Jason already play the game.
Something i always say yo myself and i wish people would realized this. Whether its horror or not, its the vvariey that makes this game interesting, and the way BHVR finds a way to make these licenses work into DBD will always impress me, and always find a way to suprise the community.
I have cool idea for the power, even though its just an idea. What if the hook, are replaced with four animatronics (freddy, bunny, chica, foxy), which he stuffs the survivor inside. They act as view points for him. He can use them to attack the players or prevent unhook (pull the survivor out). It sound really complex i know, but its cool!
when Lara was announced i was like "ah yes". Never played Tomb Raider or watched any of the movies. Now i main her. What sold me? A single voiceline, i worked on her adept achievement and when i saw the killer the character just screamed "bloody hell" while running away. That hooked me (pun intended). ah yes and for that FNAF thingy: really looking forward to see what they do with it :D

My impossible dream collaborations for DbD: -Little Nightmares: Not so impossible since the "My little Oni" mode, but still very improbable. Also, I see it like just a paragraph with a killer. No survivor and no map. -R.E.C: One of the best horror movies made in Spain, they even made an american remake few months after called "Quarantine". Probably another paragraph, this time with Angela Vidal as sole survivor. And it's a pity, I would love to see the church, the ship or the building of the first movie as a map. -Haunting Ground: This. I loved this game. Fiona Belli would be a cool survivor, Daniella an awesome killer and the castle a great map. The mechanics of the game, the panic system, can be used as inspiration for Daniella's power.

I really hope they'll cook this chapter and we'll get scooped Michael Afton as a survivor. Either in the nightguards attire, or his ffps fanon design. I need my rotten purple boy so bad. I do agree on the pirate killer, though Knights power is already more fitting for a captain summoning his crew.
Personally, I'm just happy the fans are happy. And, a pirate would be sick. Though if I could pick any one Killer, I wanna see Slenderman/The Operator (MarbleHornets version of Slenderman) added. He's a huge name in horror, being one of the main names to push Creepypastas into popularity, and he would likely have some really interesting abilities. You could even add Masky, Hoody, or the Chaser from Slender: The Arrival as a Legion cosmetic. (Alternatively, an Amnesia chapter could be neat, given Amnesia's importance in horror game history.)
My personal dream chapter is Dog Soldiers. I can get that wonderful european forest with a cabin in the woods for a map, I get my Werewolf killer, and I get Spoon as the survivor. But considering Dog Soldiers is a cult classic license from 2003, I kiinda doubt it would see any action in DBD... So honestly? I'm really happy that one of my runner-up chapters has been confirmed. Also, with Jason Universe happening last May or so, he actually might be the March solo killer considering development times.
A point I'd like to bring up as to why licensed chapters go over so well with DBD fans beyond the crossover appeal factor is how BHVR does in amazing job in not only paying proper respect to the source material but also utilize the licensed content in a clever way to build up the world of DBD (it's a key part of the lore that The Entity spans across Multiverses and how all potentially licensed content exists in the DBD world, which makes said stuff feel a lot more natural to the universe rather than feel like it clashes with the world)
I so agree with your point of view on the whole FNAF topic, Food! I personally really don't care for FNAF, and to me, it joins the ranks of licenses I could have well done without, but I know that the game and it's chapters are not just there to appease me. I really am happy for everyone who wished for FNAF in DBD, though.
I agree that people saying FNAF doesn’t fit are wrong because it’s so clearly a game with the intention to scare and aesthetics tied to the genre. I just don’t think the argument that strictly non horror licenses have entered the game is the best because those people probably don’t like those inclusions either. And not all of those inclusions are equally not horror as slipknot and Iron Maiden are often aesthetically horror even if they don’t intend to scare, Nick Cage has returns to stardom thanks to the sheer amount of horror movies he began starring in and DND as a storytelling medium can be used to write stories in the dark side of its universe. There’s clearly a “horror is in the eye of the beholder” thing going on in the community because I don’t consider for a second that a license like Stranger Things isn’t horror (it’s listed that way in Wikis, has a horrific tone and imagery and even gets its own HHN maze)but was kind of annoyed they made the stretch in saying Tomb Raider and DND were given how their aesthetics are just slightly darker than some other franchises
How do we not have a chef skin on survivor or killer yet? The hospitality industry is huge and cooking shows/youtube/tictoc etc are widely popular. Im a chef so i may be biased but still kind of a head scratcher.

This wasn't even a question of If for me, but when. With Its popularity, i just Knew Bhvr were gonna hit Scott up and Ask to borrow his IP for a chapter one of these days. I just didn't think it would be THIS early. As for my take on it... I'm perfectly cool with it! My only question is what in the Holy Jeebus his power's gonna be and who did they pick for each side? Is the killer Springtrap, or is it Freddy himself? Is the survivor gonna be their designed version of Henry, Jeremy, Mike? No survivor at all, a Rando made up for the series? Horror and fear is subjective and based on peoples opinions. I find some killers less terrifying or not terrifying at all but I still see why the fit in dbd. I also find some dbd characters scary for different reasons. I definitely think FNAF fits in dbd lore wise and I’m really excited to see it coming to dbd. I’m looking forward to seeing what power spring trap gets and I’m looking forward to seeing a possible map and survivor.

I will say though, Yes Jason has struggled with relevance due to his film rights. But with the hope of Multiversus and with FNAF confirmed enterance to the fog. I have been a fnaf fan literally since the first game back in 2014; I'm just too excited and i cannot wait. Some chapters i don't care too much about either but i'm happy for the people that are fans of it. And if the character is fun i'm all down for it. Never been a D&D fan but Vecna looks cool, Has a cool and fun power and mori imo so it's a W
I think ST is horror-adjacent, but seasons 2 and 3 in particular really felt more Goonies than horror. Seasons 1 and 4 definitely have some creepy moments; Vecna was particularly unsettling with his kills. For me, I just wouldn't call it a horror show, but more so a show that occasionally features horror
Im glad for myself and others we finally got fnaf and it does makes sense 100% fnaf was horror made at the beginning, it give people jump scares even without gore, it was a big hit with horror even if now it’s not scary to look at but before when people were young and new to the game it was a nightmare for introducing those creepy animatronics into the horror scene.
I've been playing dbd for 6 years since I was 10 years old and I honestly cannot describe how happy I am that fnaf is coming into the game. I've wanted it in the game ever since I heard about the idea of Springtrap being a killer. And I do not care if it's gonna take a year to come to the game. We waited a year for the Ring chapter we can wait another for fnaf

My dream chapter is a Don't Starve Together one where the killer is Charlie and her killer title would be The Shadow Queen. With the survivor's being Wilson and Willow with skins that turn them into the other survivors from the Constant Excluding the kids of course. Although I think the main issue is less BHVR don't want to add it but more that Klei wouldn't feel the need or want to do that kinda collab.
As a past DST player this would be really cool, but DS is not very well known, so I don't think BHVR would want it either. But dreams can become true...eventually.
Nah, Charlie is not outwardly aggressive enough to be a killer. The most passive ones currently would be Spirit (when not overwhelmed by anger), Pinhead, and maybe Artist (i think her tragedy is similar to Charlies actually) and all of them are much more viscerally scary than Charlie, and beyond that her entire power would either ripoff Dredge, copy Maxwell’s codex in DBD or just be entirely made up with no basis in DST. Now, as evidently a DST fan myself (and Isaac among other roguelike/lites) I can see BHVR cook with a killer, so let’s see some better options (imo) MAXWELL (while he was still King of the constant) Power: literally just clockworks, his shadows from DST and insanity (he’d be a Knight/Doctor mixed power) Fuelweaver Power: idc he’d be based ok maybe ill edit this later, bye

Afton being the killer definitely makes the most sense. The rest is in the air, but I feel like he's the best choice here.

FYI it probably wasn‘t just BHVR not trying to get FnaF that made it take so long. Turns out the license being owned by „one guy“ doesn‘t make it much easier. Scott is himself more protective over where FnaF „fits“ than BHVR is for what fits into DBD. The exception being mutually beneficial collaborations (The FnaF Movie or anything Funko, while a Fortnite Collab wouldn‘t really do much for FnaF itself).
What is quite common these days is for Scott to essentially outsource the FnaF Story to a different party to allow for more varied storytelling (FnaF AR, the Steel Wool Series and now Into The Pit), and, besides Fan Request, this might be why FnaF is coming now; *There is a solid chance that, somehow, the Chapter will be canon to the FnaF Storyline.*

On the topic of unexpected licenses: I actually felt like Dracula was inevitable, given what BHVR has said about wanting the game to be a hall of fame of horror. But I always assumed we’d get an original version of Dracula based on the book to circumvent licensing, maybe with legendary licensed skins. Dracula being licensed and being from the Castlevania games as well as the curveball for me. Now I can return to begging for more classic monsters, so please BHVR add The Wolf Man and Frankenstein’s Monster 🙏🏻
FNAF deserves the best welcome to DBD. Give the Killer their own awesome map included having a survivor also would be a bonus too.

Even now weeks later I’m still in disbelief of my dream chapter getting added, me and multiple of my friends are and I have a friend who’s never been into DbD who’s considering to get it because of this chapter
My advice to them: Don't get it JUST for the fnaf chapter. Not only would you be missing a lot, but this may or may not even be your kinda game. Do some look around, watch Experienced players, etc. and see if it's really the kind of game you're willing to commit to.

But just imagine a reality where, somehow, SEGA gave the devs permission to create their own iteration of a "Spooky sonic" (kinda like what they did for Ghostface or the ringu chapter with yoichi). Money is money and I think that at this point Sega might have caught on to the kinda thriving Sonic.exe community. Would also be an interesting way to represent an important part of online horror history (creepypastas) and get a non-horror license in the game.

You have no idea how happy I was the day I found out that FNAF is going to come to DBD. I'm so happy so happy that I'm going to do a special Springtrap animation hunting the survivors. ❤
FNAF has been my number 1 pick since I started playing this and it's been an uphill battle since. From people bashing the idea of FNAF being in DBD "It doesn't fit." or "It'll never happen." or even "It's just a dumb kids game." and many other things that were said. With each chapter that passes it seems more and more bleak, with no sign of FNAF coming to the game. And then with how Scott Cawthon(Creator of the game) saying a while back he wasn't interested in crossovers. All these combined made FNAF coming to DBD feel more and more impossible, leaving many to give up. But I held out hope that somehow someway it would happen and I'm so glad I never gave up, cause it made it feel all the more better when I saw that single imagine on Twitter, Dead by Daylight X Five Nights at Freddy's. I don't care if I have to wait an entire year for it to come out, I've waited this long, I can wait another year. So with that I leave with one final note, my bank account is going to be crying come Summer of 2025.
By the way the reason it took so long was because Scott cawthon wanted to protect his brand so he was very limited at doing crossover stuff

I don't care for FNAF, but I respect the games and it's importance in media and I also respect Scott. In general, the franchise does deserve to be in DBD due to how much popularity is behind it (hopefully this paves way to a COD Zombies chapter with Brutus as the Killer and Edward Richthofen as the Survivor)

I wonder if F13 is going to be bigger than FNAF for DbD. Obviously Jason is The Guy when we're talking slasher films but would as many new players come to DbD just for him? I feel most people who would be incredibly hyped for Jason already play the game.
Something i always say yo myself and i wish people would realized this. Whether its horror or not, its the vvariey that makes this game interesting, and the way BHVR finds a way to make these licenses work into DBD will always impress me, and always find a way to suprise the community.
I have cool idea for the power, even though its just an idea. What if the hook, are replaced with four animatronics (freddy, bunny, chica, foxy), which he stuffs the survivor inside. They act as view points for him. He can use them to attack the players or prevent unhook (pull the survivor out). It sound really complex i know, but its cool!

when Lara was announced i was like "ah yes". Never played Tomb Raider or watched any of the movies. Now i main her. What sold me? A single voiceline, i worked on her adept achievement and when i saw the killer the character just screamed "bloody hell" while running away. That hooked me (pun intended).

My impossible dream collaborations for DbD:
-Little Nightmares: Not so impossible since the "My little Oni" mode, but still very improbable. Also, I see it like just a paragraph with a killer. No survivor and no map.
-R.E.C: One of the best horror movies made in Spain, they even made an american remake few months after called "Quarantine". Probably another paragraph, this time with Angela Vidal as sole survivor. And it's a pity, I would love to see the church, the ship or the building of the first movie as a map.
-Haunting Ground: This. I loved this game. Fiona Belli would be a cool survivor, Daniella an awesome killer and the castle a great map. The mechanics of the game, the panic system, can be used as inspiration for Daniella's power.

I do agree on the pirate killer, though Knights power is already more fitting for a captain summoning his crew.
Personally, I'm just happy the fans are happy. And, a pirate would be sick. Though if I could pick any one Killer, I wanna see Slenderman/The Operator (MarbleHornets version of Slenderman) added. He's a huge name in horror, being one of the main names to push Creepypastas into popularity, and he would likely have some really interesting abilities. You could even add Masky, Hoody, or the Chaser from Slender: The Arrival as a Legion cosmetic.
(Alternatively, an Amnesia chapter could be neat, given Amnesia's importance in horror game history.)

My personal dream chapter is Dog Soldiers. I can get that wonderful european forest with a cabin in the woods for a map, I get my Werewolf killer, and I get Spoon as the survivor. But considering Dog Soldiers is a cult classic license from 2003, I kiinda doubt it would see any action in DBD...
So honestly? I'm really happy that one of my runner-up chapters has been confirmed. Also, with Jason Universe happening last May or so, he actually might be the March solo killer considering development times.
A point I'd like to bring up as to why licensed chapters go over so well with DBD fans beyond the crossover appeal factor is how BHVR does in amazing job in not only paying proper respect to the source material but also utilize the licensed content in a clever way to build up the world of DBD (it's a key part of the lore that The Entity spans across Multiverses and how all potentially licensed content exists in the DBD world, which makes said stuff feel a lot more natural to the universe rather than feel like it clashes with the world)
I so agree with your point of view on the whole FNAF topic, Food! I personally really don't care for FNAF, and to me, it joins the ranks of licenses I could have well done without, but I know that the game and it's chapters are not just there to appease me. I really am happy for everyone who wished for FNAF in DBD, though.

I agree that people saying FNAF doesn’t fit are wrong because it’s so clearly a game with the intention to scare and aesthetics tied to the genre. I just don’t think the argument that strictly non horror licenses have entered the game is the best because those people probably don’t like those inclusions either. And not all of those inclusions are equally not horror as slipknot and Iron Maiden are often aesthetically horror even if they don’t intend to scare, Nick Cage has returns to stardom thanks to the sheer amount of horror movies he began starring in and DND as a storytelling medium can be used to write stories in the dark side of its universe.
There’s clearly a “horror is in the eye of the beholder” thing going on in the community because I don’t consider for a second that a license like Stranger Things isn’t horror (it’s listed that way in Wikis, has a horrific tone and imagery and even gets its own HHN maze)but was kind of annoyed they made the stretch in saying Tomb Raider and DND were given how their aesthetics are just slightly darker than some other franchises

This wasn't even a question of If for me, but when. With Its popularity, i just Knew Bhvr were gonna hit Scott up and Ask to borrow his IP for a chapter one of these days. I just didn't think it would be THIS early.
As for my take on it... I'm perfectly cool with it! My only question is what in the Holy Jeebus his power's gonna be and who did they pick for each side? Is the killer Springtrap, or is it Freddy himself? Is the survivor gonna be their designed version of Henry, Jeremy, Mike? No survivor at all, a Rando made up for the series? There's so many questions and we gotta wait till Stinkin' summer of next year to answer them, that's what hurts.
Oh and, in regards to the "Fnaf doesn't fit" Argument... Y'all do Remember the All-kill chapter right? I've defended trickster VEHEMENTLY before, but even i know a Rotting Robot with a dead serial killer Both possessing and trapped INSIDE it, Are way more aesthetically creepy than the BTS joker.
Horror and fear is subjective and based on peoples opinions. I find some killers less terrifying or not terrifying at all but I still see why the fit in dbd. I also find some dbd characters scary for different reasons. I definitely think FNAF fits in dbd lore wise and I’m really excited to see it coming to dbd. I’m looking forward to seeing what power spring trap gets and I’m looking forward to seeing a possible map and survivor.

Lmao as a brony who is also a fan of DBD, having MLP into the game would be the most bonkers thing i would ever witness. This literally made my weird brain go wild as i imagined the grimdark story versions of the Mane 6 such as Rainbow Factory Rainbow Dash or even the Apple Sleep Experiment version of Applejack as the killer. Of course I’m a lunatic and that would absolutely never happen, but man oh man that would be extremely insane if it did hahahaha

I think FNAF is more relevant at the time but for Jason to be #2 and from the 80s means something, and let me tell you the F13 base has hope, why do u think they're waiting for their movie to be made for this long.
Personally I am excited to see what FNAF will bring to the table and genuinely hope it will bring more players into the game. I will say though, Yes Jason has struggled with relevance due to his film rights. But with the hope of Multiversus and with FNAF confirmed enterance to the fog. I think ST is horror-adjacent, but seasons 2 and 3 in particular really felt more Goonies than horror. Seasons 1 and 4 definitely have some creepy moments; Vecna was particularly unsettling with his kills. For me, I just wouldn't call it a horror show, but more so a show that occasionally features horror
Im glad for myself and others we finally got fnaf and it does makes sense 100% fnaf was horror made at the beginning, it give people jump scares even without gore, it was a big hit with horror even if now it’s not scary to look at but before when people were young and new to the game it was a nightmare for introducing those creepy animatronics into the horror scene.

My dream chapter is a Don't Starve Together one where the killer is Charlie and her killer title would be The Shadow Queen. With the survivor's being Wilson and Willow with skins that turn them into the other survivors from the Constant Excluding the kids of course.
Although I think the main issue is less BHVR don't want to add it but more that Klei wouldn't feel the need or want to do that kinda collab.
As a past DST player this would be really cool, but DS is not very well known, so I don't think BHVR would want it either. But dreams can become true...eventually.
Nah, Charlie is not outwardly aggressive enough to be a killer. The most passive ones currently would be Spirit (when not overwhelmed by anger), Pinhead, and maybe Artist (i think her tragedy is similar to Charlies actually) and all of them are much more viscerally scary than Charlie, and beyond that her entire power would either ripoff Dredge, copy Maxwell’s codex in DBD or just be entirely made up with no basis in DST. Now, as evidently a DST fan myself (and Isaac among other roguelike/lites) I can see BHVR cook with a killer, so let’s see some better options (imo)
