Here to say three things - first, thank you for this walkthrough. Extremely helpful! Took longer to find the parts at the store than it did to fit them. Second, the Typhon wing 100% fits. There’s some slight need to finesse the body in place, but it works! Third, if you cut the body mount braces from the wing mount, you can fit the body at it’s normal pitch and don’t need to drill the new holes. Learned this after drilling the holes! You lose some stability if you pull the wing down, but it’s still very solid. You do need to cut the body higher up to fit, but you’ve already cut it so it’s hardly a deal. Thanks again!!
Looks great. Only wish the body wasn’t raised in the rear lifting it off the running board. Love the look of the tires too. Good job. Your videos are entertaining.

Ha, excellent video. Lol. Just put a set of wide rpm's on my Granite, with longer turn buckles, it now looks sick and handles better. Ya, upgrades. It's all part of the fun...
Upgrades are definitely part of the fun. Some people don't see it like that. Yeah I definitely see that granite handling better with longer arms.
Hell, I put a outcast rear wing and wheelie bar on one if my XMAXX’s. Does insane standing backflips and rids high wheelies I’m so doing this. Great idea!
Anyone know how the axles hold up? I went through a nightmare with my stampede 4x4. Had to get mip’s 150$ later.

As much as I love Arrmas, I think the kaiju and the shredder are the best values in bashing. Being as you already have them both, you probably only NEED one. I'd say same thing for the big rock.

There not cheap to buy but then you spend 300 more to make them a better basher. Replacing weak parts. Gotta love Rc. Just finished 1 car now to get another. Nex one speed and bash 4 s
my grandson is asking about a " Arrma Big Rock " for driving around the
barnyard and i'm not sure what the battery requirement would be for this
truck . I know it will run on either 2 or 3 S but what C- rating would

I think splined looks more like a star shape. Just get the hex adapters. That's what most wheels are.

Omg, I thought putting my Granite tires on was cool. I hadn't seen Hardcore RC do this yet. Great idea though. Kinda sucks giving up 2 RCs to get 1 but, the V5 is really well made or the EXB. I like doing speed runs myself. My Kraton will be setup for speed more so than jumps. I like to jump to but I'm not as good at that as I am just going in a straight line.😉 The Kraton is an Animal 4 sure. I'm a home health nurse, so I get to be on YT at work, if they are watching tv or something. Not allowed to actually talk on the phone though.😂..crazy! Our whole family has got into the RCs during Covid. I love it. Great video.
Im really thinking the big rock is gonna be the next car i get. I want one rather we’ll see. I have only 1. The helion avenge and i love it but i really like the way the big rock seems run. Lol, I need to start swearing on my channel so I can be feel free 😁. I was going to add the spoiler to my Big Rock v3 also but too lazy for now. Your Kaiju cost $400 and Shredder cost $370, so that's $770 spent. You lose 1/3 if you sell but you gain something new and stronger. I think I will do it if it's not a headache selling it. I say that because Shredder is big but not strong and Kaiju is fast and newer but still kinda small and not a hardcore basher. Kraton 6S is new, well known for hardcore bashing but I like Arrma a lot more now because its so easy to get to motor and diff. It used to take me a week before I fix my Shredder's diff because its not easy opening it up with multiple screws. Just thinking about opening up the Shredder gives me a headache. I have 2 which one is brand new to play with for my kids in the house and another one that is 6S but needs diff replaced but plan to lock center & rear diff instead. I probably would of never gotten any Redcat if my first RC was an Arrma.

I researched for ages about durability and went for arrma big rock v3(a Christmas present from the wife). Took it out for the first time today only at 70% throttle and 20mins into the 1st pack an a rear a arm breaks where the metal pin goes in by the knuckle. Totally gutted 😢
Ahh man! I beat the crap out of mine nothing breaks. Was it cold? Plastic sucks during the cold. Give that thing silicone baths. It really helps the plastic.

I have all 3 kratos the 4,6,and 8s the r is almost indestructible the 6 well if you buy it put rpm arms front and rear on it and the rpm wing mounts then u r good the 8s do the exb and no worries

Don't do it bro I have had both And my Kaiju is built awesome I had so many problems with my kraton I spent so much money on upgrading it and it still broke almost every time I drove it.
