I owned a Nissan Hardbody with the Z24 engine which was purchased new in 1988. I drove this truck for over 170,000 miles with very little go wrong mechanically. Yes, it was a basic truck without all the electronics found in todays vehicles. Considering how todays trucks start off costing nearly 30K dollars, maybe it's time to bring back the Hardbody pickups.
@@hardbody_Santiago96 Sadly, I suspect if Nissan was to return the Hardbody into production, it would be a unibody , front wheel drive truck based off a car platform with a CVT transmission.
designed engineered and assembled in north America with a Japanese brand badge and engines made in Mexico.....is America's best trucks ever build and can't be replicated in current times there's a reason the price has gone to the roof on d21"s
@@zacariasblanco9738 it's simple you cant kill these trucks same with the 22re Toyota pickups I love muscle cars and love america but in my opinion you cant beat older Japanese engineered motors they run forever same with honda I have a 91 hardbody for 20 years 94 toyota 4x4 10 years and a 83 honda accord hatchback 15 years they keep on kicking!

Nice truck man, I got a 1969 521 pickup with a cammed l18. Not this type of power but still so much fun.

Are you sure it's carburetor It's a little hard to do it with a carburetor
What was ur overheating problem bc I have that issue now
Check your timing,thermostat,water pump or heater core that's about it in these trucks well I guess a bad radiator too,pretty simple fix
how has it held up so far? i just turboed and ran e through my stock internal ka24e recently.
250 hp like 1 years
300hp had little fuel problem max out injectors with e85
