Keep up a good work Kristian 👊🏼
Thanks for the support 🙌
At least this confirms my suspicions. Poorly efficient cars. 25.2km/100km converts to 2.47mi/kWh ( I understand the latter units better) or just a 154 mile range. That is terrible. Ok, it 5 degC so pretty cold but that is WAY way less than WLTP (270 miles?) We generally drive faster here in the UK,70mph or bit more (cough). This becomes expensive to run compared to the competition. Volvo seems inefficient also. Brabus version looks better but I suspect that will have a range of about 140 miles! Just a bit better than a Honda-e🤣
Yeah 😂 These threeclover cars doesn't seem to be so efficient.. Now I've tested 2/3 of them and efficiency aren't a strong point
What can I say, not a Volvo…Kristian 🙃
Ps the XC40, just love it, and I do understand your comments but, he I drove a S80 so I do expect different things and drive like an dinosaurs 🦕🙃
Yeah 🤣 Not a Volvo
Probably it's ZEEKR's X turn to test now...
Yeah 😎
Hi Kristian, Thank you for doing this video. I was looking for this one. I did a test drive on Ex30 for 24 hours and also the Smart #3, since #3 and #1 are having the same engine platform.. now I know from this video, smart can run for a 250kms for a full charge, could you tell me for the same for EX30 for the same 100% battery how much kms it can give for the same weather and driving conditions? I am looking for a better battery range car.. and also based on the cost which can fit the better. The smart #1 premium or the Volvo ex30 single motor extended range plus?
I'm struggling why the general opinion seems to be so 'down' on the Smart#1? Regarding your range test, you don't explain (5.25 on the timeline) why 'Standard' isn't selected - there's a near 100km difference in range between it (Standard) and 'Dynamic' modes? If your driving the Pulse model the fact you've 400+hp at your disposal would indicate a predicted range of 400km is not too shabby...? I'd take the Smart over the Volvo EX30 all day long especially with the 100mm extra rear legroom + 7cm of height...
That number on 5:25 aren't regarding range. That's just regarding the range estimation. When in dynamic it estimates based on previous consumption.
