"Churchianity", that is so true. Sums up exactly why, even as a Christian, I've never been much of a churchgoer. Of course, there are open-minded people there, at times, but more often than not, churches and their congregants seem like cliques--"You have to believe everything we believe, down to the last detail, or you're not really a Christian!!!!!!|" I've never subscribed to that view on Christianity. As long as someone believes in Christ and follows His teachings of spreading love, kindness, and hope, that's a Christian to me. Also, I completely agree with the idea that deity must be seen as both masculine and feminine, and that nature and its plants and animals are sacred, too. I innately believed that as a child, but of course, the traditional branches of Christianity teach you not to view the world that way, which is exactly why, I think, our planet is in such bad shape. Anyway, great video. Christian Druidry seems like a very open, wise path; I'll have to look into it more. Blessed be.
I consider myself a christian druid, Christians should venerate nature as they would the Blessed Virgin, or any of the Saints. Do not get me wrong I am still very "Conservative" when it comes to God in the since that I do speak of him in a masculine context, because I see God as our metaphorical father and the physical universe as our metaphorical mother. The way I see it is that the universe (earth in particular) is a womb that God's "seed" (humans) has been planted in to grow and develop until our "death" when which we are born, in a since, into our eternal lives in heaven (assuming one lives a life guided by goodness instead of sin). We do have to understand that God's very gender is "God" , not a combination of male and female as some "pagans" would assume. I am Catholic and believe firmly that the Catholic Church is God's Church and it is guided by the Holy Spirit but I also believe the veneration of God's creation or "Druidry" is an important part of Christianity and will one day be recognized by the church in further detail. Saint Francis is the saint you want to pray to and venerate on this subject.
I see myself as a Christian.I love the rich Celtic history / music etc as well as interested in druidry. Although I don't know much about it really. I'm open minded and try to understand things that doesn't make sense to me. I agree with a lot of what you say too I have a questions though, how can doing wicca and magic go along with following Jesus and to have received the Holy Spirit?
You express it very well. I am far less eloquent. I tell fellow Christians that being a Christian druid makes me a kind of free-range Methodist who works with nature spirits.

We are who we are, and the happiest and truest people are those who are not afraid of what they feel and believe

saying that you don't see Jesus as the only way is contrary to Christian teachings of the Bible

Thank you for sharing this. I'm in a Christian/Druid/Heathen place myself :) It's good to know there are other people open enough to embrace both :)
