Thomas’ shoulder width is double the size of a regular sized woman. Thomas’ arms are double in length and reducing testosterone doesn’t reduce your quantitative traits. It is unfair any way you put it. His body is fully matured and masculine despite his identity.

Ok, I’m from University City, Philadelphia. Lia is a senior at UPenn. S/he entered the school as a guy, was on the man’s swim team for 3 years. Now, all of sudden s/he is a trans woman, how convenient, with a straight up man’s body. Now, can you explain to me how taking hormones, reverses puberty you went through as a child? It’s reverses everything? So that means their bone structure will change? Or maybe s/he’s just clowning the system because the system makes no damn sense.

Honestly though.. this behavior IS very masculine. Look at how real women behave.. essentially rolling over and taking it so as not to offend. In general women are more considerate and self-sacrificial in order to retain harmony. Men are more assertive and aggressive. I’m speaking in generalities, of course, but I genuinely think this domineering, bullying behavior on the part of trans women is BECAUSE they are biological men.
No. The steroids are a separate issue entirely. The issue HERE, is that despite what she may be NOW, her body has been through male puberty, and nothing will ever change that. Subtle chances in hair, breast tissue development, skin texture, or fat distribution if weight is gained, DO NOT negate the fact that her skeleton, muscle formation, organ size, and body size, are that of a grown male. I know it stings. And this issue aside, it must be so so so hard for trans people to deal with the push and pull from all sides. But HERE, ON THIS ISSUE, she should not be allowed to compete against those who have been through puberty as the opposite sex. The disadvantage is stark when you see she was ranking in the 500’s when competing with males, and is now ranking 1st when competing against silver medalists. It has nothing to do with Thomas. It has everything to do with the millions of girls training sun up-sun down for DECADES to compete for a fair shot.
