These overnight oats are protein packed. I was pleasantly shocked! I also do like the chia seeds in my oatmeal not only for the texture, but the omega 3. All around it is a great breakfast to start the day. 10/10

I tried it, yes you can, it makes them creamier if you microwave it a bit before refrigerating it, i microwaved it for 1 minute, wait for it to cool down, then fridge. Have a good day.

Instead of almond milk we can use normal milk and maple syrup if not available we can use jaggery
Oat milk or Rice milk.
